I’m not really one to leave reviews because I work in the food industry and understand what it is like to read bad reviews, but I am also a paying customer like everyone else . This is the third time I’ve gotten my order messed up. The second time I called and I was nicely offered a replacement Açai bowl from the manger which I really appreciate. I came to get the replacement bowl and said what I wanted on the bowl and what not to put on the bowl , I watched the worker write it down and then repeated it back to me. She went to go make it, and I overheard the other worker say “ I almost threw away that paper because it’s been sitting there for so long” (the paper saying I was coming for the bowl )I called last week and specifically said I will be In next week (this week). So that already bothered me . The worker making my bowl showed me the bowl and asked if that was ok, which I really appreciated. But the bowl had on it Chia seeds, which was one of the items I asked to take off…. She then says “ you didn’t say no chia seeds” . I watched her write down my order and we both repeat it back to each other. So I’m a liar now? I told her it was fine ,I’ll just eat it. Like I said, I work in the food industry so I hate throwing food away. This is the one smoothie place that I know that has really good açai bowls. I would hate to have to stop coming because my order keeps getting messed….

I come in every so often and it’s about a 20 minute drive for me. In the last month or so every time i order a sandwich/smoothie the same red head employee makes it wrong. When i ask for it to be re-made the employee are disgruntled and rude.

Ok I LOVE tropical smoothie but i’m not even joking the past 3 times i’ve come to this location i’ve been ignored or my order has been completely wrong. For example today, I was the only customer there… they took my order made my food then put it on the counter and went about their day.. i didn’t say anything i just waited until they realized took about 5 minutes to put my food in a bag and hand it to me.

Jessica was fantastic! She helped us decide on a great smoothie flavor and was friendly to our kids. They were so excited they got to write their own names on their cups. It's the little things that make it great!

Today I got a smoothie bowl here and I have never regretted anything more. Immediately when I received it, I was underwhelmed by the size of the bowl. I paid ten dollars, which is what I normally pay at other smoothie restaurants for a bowl, however this was significantly smaller than a normal smoothie bowl. Then, I go to eat it and the “smoothie” base is frozen solid. I was very disappointed in the flavor, price, and portion. Then, I come home and ended up getting sick and contracting food poisoning from this smoothie bowl. I regret my purchase and will not be returning.
