After seeing the waitress use her finger to get someone pickles out of the jar I lost my appetite. Place is filthy. Rug walking in is so dirty it’s disgusting. No handicap toilets. Went there years ago and wanted to try again. Won’t go back. Sad. Cause food isn’t bad Cash only which is ridiculous in todays world

My family and I were a party of 6, coming from dropping my mother off at the chemo center nearby. So we didn’t look the greatest. We sat in a booth and realized it was directly next to the men’s bathroom so we got up to look for another table. The waitress told us to either find a table in the back, or in one of the big booths. There was only one other open. We sat she came over and said ‘you sat at a dirty table’ (we didn’t even notice it wasn’t wiped) she wiped it, and continued to cash about 15 customers out before giving us menus. So we ended up grabbing them ourselves. She was rolling her eyes the whole time. My niece asked for plastic silverware and she rolled her eyes again. I asked for coffee and asked if they had regular sugar and she said it’s right there. So my sister said this is all Splenda, do you have any regular sugar and she snapped and said ‘RIGHT THERE’. She came to the table with the drinks and my nephew tried to move his keys out of the way and hit the cup and spilled a drop of soda on the table and she rolled her eyes one last time. That was the last straw for me. I told everyone that’s enough ! Let’s go! I’ve been a server for 20 years and I know how you’re supposed to treat people, and it certainly isn’t the way she was treating us! Maybe she judged us by our sleepy, thrown together appearance but you never know what people are going through so BE NICE! MISSED OUT ON A GOOD TIP LADY!!! Hope I ruined your day like you ruined ours.

They're waitress needs to fix her attitude. Super rude about everything when we walked in and this was our first experience here. We ended up walking out the attitude was so bad bc she had to get us drinks and silverware. We tried to give the benefit of the doubt but I've never dealt with ti's RUDE OF SERVICE IN MY LIFE. 0/0 DO NOT RECCOMMEND

Yankee Kitchen in Boardman is a disappointment compared to their other location. I’ve been to both in the area, and this one is completely unorganized and chaotic. It seems like basic work ethics and even health codes are overlooked here—which is extremely concerning. The environment doesn’t reflect the kind of care or professionalism you’d expect from a place that supposedly has ties to community staples. I honestly wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone looking for a decent dining experience.
