It's small compared to the ones I go to in Cleveland, but they are fast and friendly. Hopefully, they will do well and move to a larger location. Parking is not the greatest, but it's not their fault. Love the chicken pot pie soup in a bread bowl.
Lobster bisque made me sick, the amount of soup in the bread bowl was laughable, couldn't understand/hear the employee at the
Katy and her staff were absolutely wonderful, great food and a friendly atmosphere. Loved it
The New England clam chowder is not like any one I've ever had. Most is a creamy white base and mine was yellowish and just didn't have excellent flavor however my sandwich was
Sandwiches were good but the soup and the service were just awful
Wannabe panera. Horribly overpriced for what it is. Tomato soup is like pasta sauce and the Mac n cheese had no flavor. It made me sick after eating, will not be recommending to anyone.
Pleasantly surprised! Great food! A little pricey and not a whole bunch of seating. Staff very friendly, though, and place was clean. I will return.
I just tried this place out, I tipped the girl for a to go order, and she gave the food to the lady that ordered after me in front of me. So much for tipping and appreciation. Will not be going back now, which is unfortunate, I frequent Branch Street Cafè in the plaza nextdoor daily.**My order was one soup. The order after me had 4 soups, and hers was taken out before mine. So there is no excuse for the way that transaction was handled. Accountability goes a long way, with the lack thereof I now see why what happened happened.
I just made my first and last visit to Zoup Boardman/Canfield. I placed an online order of Hearty Beef Vegtable Soup as well as chick noodle soup and two sandwiches. I go to pick up the order and I chatted with the the very nice girl and also purchased two drinks while I was there. I commented to the girl that I like brothy soups and she said she does as well. I said is the beef veg brothy and she even went over to look at soup and said it's brothy. So when I get home and unpack the order I was met to some gloppy over cooked veg soup that has all broken up seashell pasta in it that is mushy. I guess it's the veg bounty soup. So I call the store and was given the proverbial "I'm sorry". We will give you a free soup and an additional soup the next time you come in. Oh, I was also given the we have a young staff and it's hard to get workers spiel. Umm Those are all you problems not mine. I told the lady that answered the phone that I'm glad I didn't leave a tip. She had one job to do, fill an order and couldn't get it right. I also told the her to just credit my card because I will never be back to get the two free soups, if you can't get it right the first time chances are it won't be right the second time and I'm pretty sure I'll never order again. All I can say is maybe you should train the workers that you do have, that there is a difference between the two soups. I'm so disgusted I can't even eat the sandwich. There's $30 plus dollars in the trash. Ridiculous excuses!
Delicious!! Recommend the lobster bisque!

The staff is very friendly here and the food is amazing, I love this place
Food was fresh and delicious. Enjoyed the combo with Mac and cheese! Others in my party had the soup which they said was delicious. You can tell they use fresh ingredients. Will definitely visit again

I had the lobster bisque. Excellent. I took home a bowl of mushroom and barley which was ok. Get the app for free stuff.
