The food was not fresh,it was dried out. Onion rings were cooked the same. We don't think we will eat there again. We have been stopping their for years, and they have been going downhill for a long time.

I stopped in to buy blizzards as a treat for my nieces. On the way home we found a hair in 3 out of the four blizzards and ended up throwing them all away. We were already 20 minutes from DQ when we found the hair so we didn’t want to turn back. I called in to talk to them and while the lady I talked to wanted to give me a refund, the manager refused to refund me unless I drove back and gave them the blizzards with hair in them. The only other option was to write my name in their complaint book and later get a free blizzard but the thought of going back to that DQ makes my stomach churn.

A very good dairy queen. Probably one of the best in NE Ohio. It It even has a lounging area with a big screen. For a chain restaurant it's good and pretty quick.
