I try to have patience because I work in the food industry but my last 2 experiences here were awful. Make sure to give yourself at least 20 extra minutes if you are going to stop at this McDonald's

Just wanted to make everyone aware that we are not a 24 hour store. We close at 11 PM on a nightly basis and our dining room closes at 10 PM. Delivery/Mobile Orders are NOT available during hours that the store is closed. Due to technical issues, many delivery apps & browsers may show different. Very poor management and poor quality it of employees! I spent 20 minutes after getting to the window to get my order!! This is pathetic! I see this at a lot of McDonald’s anymore!! No One wants to work!! Unreal!!

This restaurant is supposed to be open until midnight. It is not. I got there once at 11:30 pm and the lights were out. A second time I got there at 11:00 pm and the lights were out but employee's inside. Finally I got there at 10:00 pm and got an old, cold cheeseburger with a really long hair in it.

Ask for a McDouble and a large sweet tea no ice got a McDouble and the onions was between the Patty and could not see them in the sweet tea was unsweet with ice so they gave me a sweet tea with no ice as a replacement and the other McDouble look like it was poorly put together barely any ketchup the onions what's on top of the bun and barely on the burger at all being a former fast food worker this is highly unacceptable

I write this having just driven 3min down the road from picking up the food, waited 15 additional minutes with 1 car ahead of me for cold fries, and a completely anorexic mcwrap. This is just one such experience during the past 3 months. Your new cooks clearly could give a damn about the food leaving their kitchen. I cooked at McDonald's when I was 16. Its not a hard job

Waited in lobby around 10 minutes for a large fry and drink without acknowledgment until I stood at the counter. It seemed they were only focused on drive through orders. On the plus side the fries were fresh.

the person at the window seemed like she didn't want to do her job at all and she was complaining about another employee being a minute late. ALSO there was a HAIR in my sons kids meal fries 🤮

Horrible experience. Placed mobile order to pick up in the drive thru. Quick contact my order and quick. The pull me ahead to where I sat for ten minutes. When inside to as and found out they made my snack wraps wrong and were remaking them. Employees walked around on their phones while I waited. Then they hand me an incomplete order.
