Made an order for curbside and there was an employee sitting right outside the front door with some girl in her car. This wouldn’t be an issue except for the fact that they were BOTH smoking marijuana and our car got filled with the smell even though we were about 5 car spaces away.

I feel so bad for the employees here. This morning, I ran through the drive-through to get a quick breakfast. When I got to the second window to grab my food, all I could hear it was someone screaming at the employees telling them to move faster, calling them, names, etc., this was extremely upsetting to see how these employees were being treated. And you can tell it was not the first time. The woman, screaming at the employees were shorter With dark hair with a red shirt on. Someone needs to do something about this

I am NOT a fan of McDonald's in general but this location, the breakfast was fresh, hot to the bite and the coffee perfectly made. I wish all were like this 1. Especially considering I believe there were only 2 ladies running the whole show, I was genuinely

I put in an order on the app and as I was checking out the app changed location for pick up. I called the store to either confirm or cancel, a young girl answered she said they didn't have my order but the money was already deducted from my account, She ultimately hung up on me when I was trying to confirm the address to their store. I have called back 4 or 5 times and nobody will answer the phone. Such a joke.

I was thinking nuggets sound good , Wendy's across the street was packed. So I go through the drive thru at McDonald's. I'm glad the Subaru has a back up camera. Because I was backing up fast.And no I was NOT polite. Actually I was angry.Beware if you are stopping for a bite to eat.

Was a nice place to take the kids.Wish I could give negative stars!Worst experience ever,very dirty,dirty bucket and mop in order area and nobody cleaning,management out in parking lot smoking,told our food was coming but never did,when they came back in not one person washed hands and went straight to prepping our food and just dropped fries that we waited for before they went outside. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND GROSS!!!Got my money back and left. Worker at back door flipped us off as we drove away. My family of 4 won't be backParking: Parking lot is smoking area for staff

Typical McDonald's. Very clean and friendly. Had to get our grandkids some McNuggets. They were cooked perfectly. Everything was good. We don't do a lot of fast food, but we would go here again.Kid-friendliness: The kids love those McNuggers!Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room and easy to enter.
I've gone here multiple times and all of them were terrible. 9 times out of 10 I don't receive all my food like I'll order 4 mc chickens and get 3 mc chickens. Another time I got a Qp with cheese And the buns were moldy. Also all the employees are mostly bad at there jobs always making you pull up not saying that's all or anything of the sort.

This review is specifically about the coffee at this location. It’s hard to believe that I couldn’t even get a warm cup of coffee from this McDonalds. I would have to think someone turned off the warmer. I think I’ll skip ordering from the Bolivar McDonalds in the future.
