Mistakes happen I'm not upset when Mistakes are made. They accidentally charged me twice. I checked my account showed it to them they called there manager an said we are sorry we can't refund but we can make you 2 additional subs. What am I going to do with 2 additional subs when I already have 2.

how hard is it to read an order and make the sandwiches right, I ordered 2 sandwiches they mixed up the breads and gave me cookies of A flavor I didn’t ask or pay for with none of the cookie I did want, they are closest to me but mess up every single time.

Had the #2 Outlaw with Baja sauce. The sandwhich artist was having a great time making food talking to the customers and singing along with the radio. It was a fun time and good break from the normal. Happy to see people enjoying what they do.

I was completely ignored when I walked in by a girl making sandwiches for a to go order...waited for a while and then someone finally came up from the back and waited on me...I almost walked out. Extremely slow/poor customer service.

Nice place but they messed up my order even after repeating it a few times. I was asked do you want it toasted and she processed to do so after I clearly said no. Then messed up the veggies too.

Why do doordash orders take priority over walk in customers?...waiting....waiting..waiting...then I get home and they didn't give my sauces I paid for. Worst sub ever..stale bread. Do better subway!

Went into this Subway, back in May. Ordered a sandwich, for my daughter, the first lady made it with no issues. She slid it down for a woman named Pam, to ring out. Pam stated it was going to be expensive. I had gotten the sandwich multiple times with no issue. I really didn't understand what she meant by it. She also stated that I, "shouldn't be able to get it." Again, asked her what she meant by that. It was a kids sandwich with bacon and cheese. She said it wasn't on the menu. And she also said, it wasn't healthy, per Subway. I said, shouldn't a customer be able to order anything on the menu? She said, no!
I told her to ring it, however she needed to. She was being completely rude with absolutely no reason for it. I handed her my credit card and said I really didn't understand why it was such an issue and that maybe I would go elsewhere in the future. She grabbed my sandwich and said, maybe I should go elsewhere now! She refused to sell me the sandwich and made a scene, in front of my 6 year old daughter and several other customers. I have never in my life seen such poor customer service and such a power trip. I later found out she manages both Bolivar and Strasburg. I truly feel bad for her staff, especially any teenagers, under her management. I spoke with the owners and was told it would be looked into. Was told there would be video footage, etc. Never even had the courtesy of a follow up. I guess it's ok for their staff to treat people this way.

I would pass this location if you're looking for a quality sandwich. The bread was extremely stale, it tasted like it was a week old. Very small portion sizes for the sandwiches and overpriced for the location. I wish I had driven a little further for the better location in Magnolia. I will not return to this Subway.

We recently did the subway catering for our staff lunch! Online ordering was seamless and everything was ready right on time! It came in really nice boxes and was bagged for easy transportation! Highly recommended! Also the staff was super friendly and very accommodating!

- This location doesn't allow half the normal "deals" that most Subway locations provide- Worse quality food than other Subway locations- Owner is rude
