Let’s start here I have been to this location maybe 5 times it’s across the street from my hotel I work long hours with no days off for the oil field 12 hours a day so I want to get something fast so I can get to bed for the next day of work today I nicely explained to the young man that my order is always wrong he apologized and said over the speaker to make sure my nuggets were spicy to his staff I get to the next window they tried handing me someone else’s drinks I corrected them and told them what drink I had they then handed me my order I checked it and like always they got it wrong I had already pulled up to much before checking so I had to get out my car walk in and ask for it to be corrected they gave me spicy not thinking I had to check again I went to my hotel across the street go to get a nugget they were all hard as a rock so I called they offered to fix I go back and the manager said not many order spicy apologized and said if I wanted spicy I should ask for them to cook them fresh which is a smack in the face cuss it’s Wendy’s Eat Fresh right I shouldn’t have to ask for fresh edible food and for them to pick them extremely hard chicken nuggets up one by one and serve them was disappointing and disrespectful there was a tray of at least 60 rock hard nuggets setting in that tray meaning they was gonna try and serve them to make there money I was offered a frosty or cookie for my wait on fresh I declined after all that trouble I got back to my hotel so upset I couldn’t even eat they got my order wrong twice in less then a minute

I don’t think I’ve ever gotten a normal amount of ice from this Wendy’s in my life. Also took 20 mins to get a nugget meal.

Had to wait at least 4 minutes for counter service at Zoar restaurant. Employee servicing drive up window and not walk in counter. Food cold, not cooked. Would be a good place to open a restaurant. I'll not be going back to the Zoar location.

I don't usually feel compelled to review much of anything, let alone a fast food restaurant, but this Wendy's location was so good (especially as compared to our local locations) that I felt compelled to write a positive review. Super friendly staff, food correct (including customizations), and kept very clean inside. Keep up the good work!

Got to this Wendy's early morning to repair some Fryer feet! Very nice staff, got us right in to get trays and repairs done outside. Before we left was handed breakfast awesome Baconator! Thank you

Made order payed, it was to go. 10 minutes go buy, sandwich on a tray at counter. I was standing at counter. No one tells me it's mine. It just sits there. While I watch what's going on Girl picks up frys she drops no gloves, puts in persons bag. WRONG? DON'T EAT HERE
