Came at 11:20pm (40 minutes to close) fully expecting to get some chicken that’s been sitting around for an hour+ very happy to wait a few extra minutes for fresh. Fries not fresh sadly, overall above expectations for that time of night. Glad I can get some hot food after work.

I'm not one for writing bad reviews. Usually, I stick with promoting the good ones. We've been through the drive-through here plenty of times, and It's about the average fast-food experience.
There are missing Items here and there, or the food is cold, but it's fast food. I won't complain much about that.
This last time we ventured inside to eat, while we were waiting, you could hear sounds in the kitchen of workers complaining about having to make things. While looking around, I noticed the sauce dispensers packed with mold. (Picture for reference). When the food came up on the tray I asked for sauce packets to avoid using the dispenser. The worker seemed annoyed by this request and pointed me to the dispensers. I pointed out the mold problem and requested the packets again.
After sitting down with the food, we noticed that all the food was cold. The turkey club was still frozen in the middle, the fries were cold, and the roast beef was cold.
After realizing how poor quality everything was and the sanitary issues. I requested a refund, and it was angrily issued with lots of attitude about the situation. Also, they claimed no mold was in the dispensers and that they were cleaned daily, even without them coming out and looking at them.
I would leave it all alone and just be happy with the refund. After waiting a week, though, I still felt compelled to write this review as I'm doubting the sanitation issues have been rectified or looked into and the public should know what they are getting.
We will no longer be returning in the future. Which I know isn't a massive loss in the business, but I won't be able to update with the sanitation issues. Hopefully someone can write a review if this has been rectified

I loved Arbys but food is better during the day then at night. I get the same order everytime and night time it always is made incorrectly. Fries are tasty if fresh. I don't eat inside but it usually seems clean if I use the bathroom.

Food was not hot. Hair in sandwich. Staff were cussing at one another. GM was there having homophobic conversations. The person who took my order acted as though I was inconveniencing her.

Sunday 10/13/2023 11:20a.m drive thru didn't accept valid coupon $15 family meal "Not at this price this time"was answered. Why you printed promotional coupons if not all locations accept it? Only for advertising.

Worst Arby's ever. One day I stood there for 15mins and left. Can't make tea. Can't refill napkins. Can't refill sauces. Avoid this dump.

Severely overpriced for what you receive. Half of the sandwich was 2 inches + of bread. The bun was more than 1 inch thick on the bottom and 2" thick on top. I think they weigh the bun in the total weight of the sandwich claiming it is the weight of the meat. The pop sizes keep shrinking.
Used the drive thru to place a order for myself and coworkers. had issue's with ordering our meals got half way through ordering and was told to wait a minute. so a couple of minutes later she returned and said sorry their system just shut down no big deal so I completed my orders 3 meals and some other individual items in addition. I asked that each meal be in its own bag. I get to the window she hands me 1 drink and I asked for a carrier she had a bit of a tude but gave me a carrier that I had to put the drinks in myself no big deal not great customer service but ok. I get a bag packed with all the food with 2 little bags inside folded up not what I asked for but ok. So I return to work handed out everyone's food but my own and another persons and see I'm short a large curly frie and 2 6pc Mott sticks so I drive back walk in and politely say I got shorted the items and here's your bags back that you were supposed to separate the meals into. I got a blank stare and then the woman who was in the drive thru interjected and began offering excuses pulled up my order which was wrong and had a attitude. I explained I ordered meals with extras and that she asked me all large for the meals with curly fries well she just wanted to argue so I said nevermind so as I was leaving I said you know you could have just made it right she said I asked you if you wanted anything. Yes I did I wanted what I ordered and paid for you shorted me. Horrible customer service and absolutely no common sense. So our crew at work are regular customers sometimes mulitple times a week as we are close by but I won't be after today and I usually spring for lunch for everyone. I could have argued my receipt if I had ever been given on for my $43.00 worth of food. What ever happened to the customer is always right.
