Came at 11:20pm (40 minutes to close) fully expecting to get some chicken that’s been sitting around for an hour+ very happy to wait a few extra minutes for fresh. Fries not fresh sadly, overall above expectations for that time of night. Glad I can get some hot food after work.

I loved Arbys but food is better during the day then at night. I get the same order everytime and night time it always is made incorrectly. Fries are tasty if fresh. I don't eat inside but it usually seems clean if I use the bathroom.

We came at lunchtime, around noon. Cordero who waited on us handled our somewhat large order with ease. He was polite, courteous. When we got our order, our food was hot and delicious. There was a slight setback. I ordered an Arby's melt but got a regular roast beef. I was not going to complain. The sandwich was still good. Cordero came to us, apologized, said he gave me the wrong sandwich. Said I could have my correct sandwich at no extra charge. To me this was a bonus on...
