Our server was nice but that was about it that was good. I got a BLT & the bacon was so salty that I couldn't eat it. The biggest problem was that I needed an outlet to plug in my mom's oxygen machine and they said none of the outlets in the dining room work. Seems like some kind of code violation to me. So we had them make our food to go and we sat in the car so her machine could be plugged in to the car. When I went in to get extra napkins because we were dripping food down ourselves, I was met with attitude from the manager, who also gave us a hard time earlier about where my husband parked the U-Haul. An employee asked nicel to move it, and he was going to after he brought me something I needed, and the manager came out asking what the problem was. No problem, just needed a minute to get something. Have some damn compassion for the people who are traveling with a fragile person.

we had a mixed experience tonight at dinner table in the restaurant. A waitress might forget to submit what we ordered; after waiting for near 30 minutes, we asked for the food. The manager Jake realized issue and immediately handle it effectively professionally. we rate experience high, cause manager Jake's customer service skill and attitudes!

We went to this location last night at approximately 4:15pm. We were seated in a booth, two up from the restrooms. We had a nice server who brought us our drinks and food promptly. Before our drinks came we were annoyed with a fly that quickly became two flies then at least six. They were flying around, landing on us, our legs, the back of the booth, the lamps. It was very annoying and kinda gross. I mentioned the flies to our server and she said “yes, they are driving me crazy too”…..
We ordered the chicken tender appetizer that pictured them larger and plumper on the menu. They were disappointingly much smaller. We ordered onion rings that came to the table very overdone, nearly burnt.
The flies were the worst part. We won’t be back.

It is everything a Bob Evens should be. Not all locations live up to that. BG Bob Evans does.

You just have to love This place. Service was outstanding. Both the waiter and front of the house served us well. I got the chicken tenders which were okay.

Best coffee in OH!! Fresh crispy hash browns! Eggs were cooked perfectly!
Very friendly staff!
I have always had such a great experience at this bob evans and had just door dashed it for the first time. Seriously amazing. The food was packaged very neatly, including utensils and anything I could need with my meal. The food was delicious and still very warm and fresh. It also was such a great price-even on doordash. I am very impressed and pleased with my experience and I truly recommend dining or door dashing from here!

I love eating at Bob Evan’s. My family and I are traveling and we stopped here for lunch. Unfortunately, we didn’t get to the eating part because of a very disgruntled server. Pam was very rude from the moment she “greeted” us. She argued with me about my drink order that she got wrong and made us all feel very uncomfortable. Very rude and argumentative. We got up and left after she walked off mumbling and shaking her head at us. I eat out alot and was a server for many years and even in my worse day, I never treated anyone like that. I hope a manager reads this and knows that Pam is running off customers.

Visited after fifteen years not knowing it was bought by private equity. Used to be a go-to for a homestyle meal. Now it's no better than Applebee's. The kitchen prioritized a takeout order before the in restaurant customers. Took 45 minutes for a burger which would be hard if you only have two microwaves. Server was good but the food was terrible and over salted. Once the boomers are gone, Bob Evans will be too. The nostalgia doesn't save it, go somewhere family owned.

I think they may have been understaffed or we had a new person. Service was a little slow but otherwise everything was fine. Staff was kind and quick when we could get their attention.

We brought a group of teens which has its challenges for a restaurant but the staff was awesome. The wait from ordering our food and receiving it was quick considering there were 18 of us. They did an awesome job !
