I have a moderate to severe Autstic daughter who loves "Bob's". While all other staff members become defensive and offended by our request for a seat ASAP due to her melting down, one waitress, Macy went over and above to show understanding, compassion and acceptance to our situation. She promtly found seating for us, for wich we are grateful. She's truly a asset to the resutrant
The server was very attentive the food was what you expect from Bob Evans except the rolls really didn't have taste to them but it's not their fault that's what is sent to them
The food at Bob Evans is really gone downhill which is not something the employee is can control of course. I ordered their sausage biscuit breakfast that I think is new to the menu. The sausage patties on my biscuit sandwiches were burnt on the outside. Which was not tasty. At the service was phenomenal. She was attentive and always refilling our coffee. So I can't fault their service. I just don't like their food anymore.
