(Original) Standard BW3s, newer location, bar staff was a little slow initially, but picked it up some as the night went on. Convenuent as it is bext to Hampton & Fairfield Inn, across from BG sports complexes.
Revised (2025) This place has gone off a cliff. A little worse of each visit. Stay in BG often for work and this place is close to the hotels. Tonight, random mid-week night, not overly busy. There weren't many spots at bar due to the dirty dishes, etc., everywhere. I was lucky to secure (1) beer during my visit. Part of my food came out, quickly, but never received the rest. I gave up and flagged down the bartender to pay as no food and no beer sort of eliminates the purpose of the visit. Dropped from 4 to 2 stars based entirely on prior decent experiences.

Went in to celebrate my birthday. Not to sell my sob story but it wasn't a great birthday to begin with. It was busy and the staff was struggling (it was BOGO wings so I understand that) and our server was having a hard time. When they brought my food, it was cold. There was a visible cold film on my cheese sauce and my fries were dry from sitting out. They gave me cake for my bday but it didn't really help. When we finished our food, the server was rushing us a bit. We wanted one more drink before we left but the server never came back and never asked. It genuinely made my birthday worse. I'm sorry for such a harsh review.

Very disappointed this location is at the center of all our activities and even come to this one even with one in our town. Friday night the food was cold for all 5 of us. Took over 40 minutes to get the food. Remade food for one order and still by the time we got it food was cold. The establishment was not extremely busy maybe 50% of the tables were filled. The waitress was extremely nice and very sincere. How ever the manager on duty really needs better training when it comes to dealing with customers. The food i can get over but the manager acting as if she was doing us a favor is unacceptable.

Went to bathroom and leftovers on table were threw out. Should i take them to the bathroom next time?? Avoid this place.
Our server is named Bruce. He definitely deserves every penny he gets. He knows how to read the customer at every level. Goes above and beyond. Hope he gets a chance to read this. . He adds to the positive atmosphere and makes your meal that much more enjoyable.

Stood for 10 minutes at the hostess station and was never acknowledged. Then we gave up and went to the bar. Waited another 15 minutes for the bartender to take our drink order. Waited another 15 minutes to give our food order. 40 minutes to get our cold food. The entire experience was awful!
