BW3 billed my credit card twice for a recent visit. I have been calling for the better part of a week trying to get them to refund my money. Their only response is wait a little longer This was a pricey lunch for average food. Not worth the risk of being double billed. This was my last visit.

Went for dinner with coworkers after a long day of work. The service, server, and the food were all absolutely terrible. I got a patty melt that looked like a hockey puck and when my buddy ordered a beer the server slammed it down so hard he had to drink it as it spewed out the top. Worst experience I’ve ever had at a Buffalo Wild Wings.

The worst service I have ever received. The food was burnt and disgusting, drinks sucked, and service was absolutely terrible. Food took over an hour and drinks were at least 30 minutes between a reorder. The manager came over and showed 0 remorse and only gave a 5% discount. Mind you, we have never complained at a restaurant EVER. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

I need to leave an honest review of my latest experience with BW3.
My wife and I bought the 20 piece boneless wings and fries and a couple of drinks.
Our waitress brought us our food and left.
She never came back to our table to ask if we would like anything else to drink or if the food was OK.
The portion size of the 20 boneless wings was for one person. They were so small. I should've taken a picture.
The fries came out cold and no salt on them. We spent almost $5 for about 40 fries.
It took us about 5 minutes to eat our meal.
After 40 minutes of just sitting there with no drinks, no food, and not waitress, we almost got up and walked away.
She finally came over after 45 minutes and asked if we would like the bill. We said yes and we wanted to speak to the manager.
All in all, we still had to pay for our complete meal and we did not get compensated for the horrible service and experience.
By the way, it was not busy and she only had 4 tables with about 4 people per table.
This was the first time in my life that I did not leave a tip for our server. I didn't even feel bad. I usually tip 20% every time I go out too.

We arrived and put our name in for a table at 6:00. We sat and ordered at approximately 6:45. We did not get our food until 7:50 and had to ask for to-go boxes because we were going to watch a high school basketball game which was to start at 8. We received 1 drink, the one we ordered as soon as possible which was 10-15 minutes after we were seated. Refills were not offered and in trying to be helpful we tried to fill our own sodas and waters but the machine did not function.
Our server told us they were not expecting the large crowd that showed up that night.
BGSU hosts high school basketball tournament games every year around this time of year. I was very disappointed in the management that for the 2nd year in a row we had to eat our food as we were heading to the game.
Servicer was trying, but the management dropped the ball here not having the store staffed during this time. The kitchen, at the bar and in the dining room were all extremely understaffed during what could have been a very profitable night and probably week. Our group spent $150-$175 and would have spent more if we had service. Others didn’t order food because they did not want to have to eat in their car or on the walk to the game.
Very disappointing experience!!

We got here around 5:17 and sat down. And it took us about 20 minutes for refill on drinks, but took over an hour to get our food. Once we got it everything was cold and when we finally got our check out code for our points was invalid when we were trying to scan it on both checks. It wasn't even busy when we ordered our food nor was there a line for takeout. While I could understand if it was busy for a 5 person order, but a table with the same amount of people got their food within a 30 minute time frame

Bait and switch pricing, their website will say one price, if you call in the order it’s another price, on top of that there’s a deal on the website that doesn’t even work and their app barely works and also bait and switches prices, they make good boneless wings but I hate how horrible their pricing is, if their wasn’t so much baiting and switching of prices and all these fake deals that just get you to their app and then lie to you on the price I would go here more but it’s horrible how their app/ website is setup. Junk

We went tonight for dinner... We showed up 6:30, and sat right away (2 adults, 10yo, & 4yo)... Placed our drink order and waited a good, 20+ minutes for teas and a sprite... Our toddlers drink was missing, you'd think it would have been brought back immediately... Nope, after 20 minutes, my husband got up and asked someone... Nothing... I got up and finally got it... Still waiting on our appetizer... Finally got it at about the 45 minute mark... Asked about our dinner after about a hour of waiting for it... FINALLY, our dinner comes out, 1 hour and 20 minutes later... It came out inedible, looked like it was under the heat lamp for days... the wings were crusted over, my daughter's burger looked like a hockey puck... We asked to speak to the manager at this point, because it would have been one thing being served hot& edible food... She was incompetent and rude, not one apology for her atrocious handling of running a restaurant, and really needs some Servesafe training, if she's approving what's coming out of the kitchen... We up and left, got a better meal at Burger King to feed our starving children... Sadly, it was everyone sitting in our section, the poor party behind us, sat before us and still didn't have their food when we left... Our server seemed like he would have been great if he wasn't dealt an awful manager who couldn't run her shift... People (most likely dashers) were standing in the takeout area forever... The service and food at this location keeps on getting worse!

Service wasn’t very good. Sat for 15 mins before even being greeted then she took our order and that was it all of the food came out cold never came to check on us, never got refills and I had to flag her down to even get my bill so we could leave. Took 45 mins to get the food and all we got was appetizers so idk why it was cold. I’m a server myself so I know when service and food should be coming out slow there wasn’t very many people there for it to be like that.
Ordered for carry out. Got there 10 minutes early. Hostess told me I'd have to wait 15 minutes. 5 minutes later, she brings my food out. It was cold and they didn't put my dips in the bag. The beating on the boneless wings is not light. It's really thick and crunchy. Tastes okay, just not what I was hoping for.
