There was about 5 tables in there at the time. The server barley came up to me and if they did it was for two seconds and then walked away. They had attitude and had no excitement to be a server. If they don’t like serving people they shouldn’t work someone considered customer service.

Went and waited at the bar for 8 minutes while everyone around got served and not once was I acknowledged. I got up and went to Frickers down the street and got asked what I wanted before I even sat down. And Frickers was even more busier.

Large, open floor plan with high ceilings and tons of TV’s make this one of the better BW3’s I’ve been too. The bar experience is also really improved after they completely renovated this area.

Place was packed and the servers were so swamped that things/details even food items were lost or forgotten. NOT the server's fault. He was pleasant, and apologetic. My wife is a cook and a server as well so we were apathetic and felt bad for all of the servers. Food was amazing when we got it. Love me some B-Dubs ?????Wheelchair accessibility: I am handicapped. Plenty of handicap parking.

I was in town for a corporate meeting 1/3/2024 11:30am ish, and I provided lunch for my peers to the tune of a $270 order. The fries were absolutely disgusting, cold, chewy, and tasted as though they had been under a heat lamp for two hours. As for the boneless chicken, dry overcooked, hard breading, volume of chicken in the breading was less than a chicken McNugget. I was not able to eat my meal due to the excessive salt in the product. When I looked at other meals of my peers, I saw most of them did not eat their fries, with some remaining chicken going into the garbage.I do have future trips planned to the area, but will NOT be giving BW3 my business.
