Waited 15 minutes for my food which wasn’t right, had to wait another 15 minutes just to get stuff I already ordered and the rest of my food is stone cold before I’m even home. Workers have shitty attitudes as well

I work on the road and often use McD's and BK for wifi. I spend A LOT of money a month at these locations for their wifi. This location has all of their outlets locked so you can't charge devices. I've showed up a handful of times. They premake all of their breakfast items and they sit for an obvious amount of time. You can tell because the food is not hot and the moisture of it sitting in the wrapper means your food is luke warm and soggy. The atmosphere isn't great. It is really dirty. I'll take my money elsewhere.

Their mobile ordering has gotten so much better! Don't make me jump through hoops with a code that expires every 13 minutes and I have to say it as soon as I hit the drive thru speaker and the employees don't even know what deals are being offered nor what code is being used! Gah! They're not IT support, they're trying to not eff up an order and would really prefer to earn a paycheck with happy customers on the other side. We've done several mobile orders lately that are so simple, great deals/savings, and the employees are just fine taking any order, fulfilling it, and sending you on your way. Without spending $30 on breakfast. I get it's junk, but it's not any more junk than anywhere else and I'm spending less with employees who over the BS of stupid tech systems that don't work.

Nobody was there.... and it appears the food had been sitting out for a while. Frys/onion rings were cold. Burger were squashed and a bunch of mush. I regret going. This is why I avoid fast food

Ordered on the app. They were just finishing it up when we pulled up to the window. The woman at the window made sure I had everything I needed and the whopper was excellent 🤌🏻

Went in for breakfast. Croissants were decently warm but could have been hotter. Hash browns were old and cold. They do put them on a tray right away and then they sit until sandwiches are made. Recommend altering that, but these were dead probably before I got up this morning.

The second time I ordered a bacon king and they gave me my drink and and the onion rings but no sandwich the other time 1 piece of bacon and I hamburger you really messing with the wrong person

Went through drive thru on a sunny Saturday afternoon at 2pm. They screwed up my order. Ok fine not a big deal but then go to go in to get it corrected, and the dine in door is locked and not open. Really? I'm not waiting in the drive through line again to get my food right. Whole point of going thru the drive thru quick. Left with totally wrong food. Very disappointing that the restaurant doors were locked on a sunny Saturday afternoon.

Ordered breakfast, French Toast sticks, and hash browns. The sticks were small in shape (got 3-5pieces) I’ve ordered these in the past, and it seems everything is just getting smaller in size 🤷🏻♀️😤 There NOT worth the money
