BK is going downhill. Terrible wait times. Cold food. Don't get all the food you ordered. Terrible customer service.

The food is fine here when I’m actually able to get it. I came here a couple weeks ago on a Sunday morning to get breakfast for my family. They were supposed to be open and nobody was there at all. Lights were off.
Today, I tried going there to get a quick lunch. After waiting for over 10 minutes for anyone to even talk to the person in front of me on the drive-through speaker, I decided to leave and so did the car behind me. I don’t know if it’s a staffing issue or what, but this is consistently the slowest Burger King I’ve ever seen.

Don't bother coming here because it took me almost 15 minutes during my 10 minute break at work to receive one sandwich and one small coffee I don't know I don't work at Burger King but I'm pretty sure that's not the way things are supposed to be

My car broke down this morning, so I had to bike for my breakfast, and they completely got my order wrong. I ordered 4 ham egg and cheese croissants for my girlfriend and myself, and they gave me 4 sausage instead. Should have just ate the drywall of my own apartment instead.

Drive thru was at a stand still so I got out of line and went in, still took 20 minutes to get a basic whopper jr. The pop machine has no ice, it's just not fast food at that point!

Went at 4:30 on a Sunday, not a soul in the restaurant. Waited for about 15 minutes, still nothing. Decided to leave, went outside, employees were all outside near the dumpsters, talking loudly, not a care in the world. Just a bad experience. Glad there are two other locations in BG
