Chipotle Mexican Grill

They Forgot my bowl in my mobile order. I was the only one in my hungover friend group without chipotle. You can imagine my pain and sadness.

Always check your pick up orders before leaving this one! Every single freaking order I have ever placed from here has been messed up. I forgot to check today and they gave me white rice instead of brown and didn't put the fajita veggies on. I online order and pick up usually so I have never dined in but I do know they always mess up pick up orders. It's ridiculous!!!!

Ordered online for the family, it was a little over $60. One bowl had an item missing and my own bowl had the most minuscule amount of fajita veggies while requesting double, same with meat while requesting double. I wrote Chipotle a decently put together letter sprinkled with some humor about my lackluster visit, given the amount I spent on the order I thought they’d give it some consideration. Their response was to offer me a free drink.

Place is a joke. Anytime I go there they are always out of stuff veggies 100 perfect of the time. Order a veggies bowl get to the veggies container oh we are out for the night it's 7:30pm you're open till 11 how you going to be out of veggies for 3+ hours. So go to guacamole the snotty girl scraps the empty container and get 1/4 of a scoop and refused to get more to add. So paid $9 for a bowl of rice. But that seems to be the tread at this Chipotle obviously management or owner don't care because it's never corrected. No more wasting time at this Chipotle.

Can’t even get issues resolved when ordering you only speak to a automated system all of my food was wrong and they gave me chips and guac wich I never even ordered worst ordering experience iv ever had chipotle do better this is asinine

This chipotle is horrible, I'm paying 10+ dollars to get half of my bowl filled. They've been rude to me multiple times i've gone, and watched them be unsanitary multiple times.

Every time I have mobile ordered from this store my order has been messed up. This time there was no sour cream, but last time there was no meat on my tacos. I had to drive back to the store after getting home and they gave me a whole cup of meat for my tacos, so it’s not that they ran out, they just didn’t do it. I’ve had the same thing happen with a delivery order.

This place is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. They are constantly out of things. When I have doordashed it they don’t put have the food I ordered on the bowl. I’ve had a hair in my bowl before and I’ve had to bring back a bowl because the rice was undercooked and crunchy. Seriously do not waste your time and drive the extra 15 min to go to a different location.

This chipotle sucks, instead of waiting for more product to be done, they will 1/4 fill your bowl and just act like you’re stupid as the customer. Really getting sick of this place and I’m confused how screwing the customer is the answer. We’ve all worked some sort of food service job and these people are disrespectful and do not give you what you pay for, you’d think filling a bowl with food would be pretty easy but not for these people😂😭
