Chipotle Mexican Grill

The food I got yesterday tasted good. Order was correct. Unfortunately, I was up all night after my body rejected the food.

That restaurant is always loud.

Typical Chipotle. Long lines because only one person is making orders, and can't eat inside unless you clean a table off yourself, because there is not one clean table in the restaurant.

Sunday morning, literally a line out the door, and one person building meals one at a time. One dope at the cash register, doing nothing but checking out each meal, one at a time# apparently unaware help is needed just 5 feet to his right. All the other store associates just moping around at their own pace, no effort to jump in. Counter top is a filthy mess. Who's in charge? No one knows. Probably the worst Chipotle I've been to. Gave up and walked out.

I will not go back to chipolte in bowling green. They've been going downhill but last night was the worst. Didn't realize til I left I was charged for extra Carne asada. She barely scooped any in and when she did it fell of spoon. Ask for couple more pieces and charged double. So disappointed when they use to be the best. Definitely went downhill!

Food was nasty as hell. If you like crunchy uncooked rice, this is the spot to go! The girl serving also had a real bad attitude. Never fails. Time after time I order from this spot, the rice is not cooked. Tried giving my dog the rest of my bowl (basically the whole thing since the crunchy rice ruined it) and he scrunched his nose up and started eating his kibble. Even the dogs know this Chipotle is gross. Someone needs more training.

I am posting one star because of their AI chat bot that answers their local phone number and refuses to let you talk to a human being even after saying manager or customer service etc. Why even list or have a local phone number when no one answers it? Do better Chipotle.

Organic turmeric lemonade was amazing. Hard to chew meat. Fast service. Free Adobo ranch was so spicy I choked and coughed. Should've gotten veggie bowl.

The lady making my burrito was incredibly rude and disrespectful, she had blonde hair and was about 5,3 or 5,4 about and was working tonight, when I asked her for double rice she scoffed and rolled her eyes at me and then put two small scoops and when I asked her for chicken she did the same, overall an awful experience.

All food was very cold

Should have went to Moe's Southwest Grill!

Portions were extremely small and underwhelming, I should not be paying that much money for a bowl to get 3 bites out of it
