By far, best cookies in the area. Baked to perfection, soft and fresh.Obviously you pay for such greatness, but a great way to end a date night with some sweetness.

Try the cookies and cream cookie! Super delicious. They make all their dough from scratch and are willing to make a fresh batch of cookies per your request.

Hot or not hot, always great taste! While not "certified/labeled" gluten free peanut butter cookies are always delicious!

The cookies were good, but I no longer order them due to some awful things the owner has done.

What Tha Heck!!!!!!! This place and the cookie jars and oh WHERE do I begin about the authenticity of these cookies. They literally taste like cookies if u know how to cook that are home made. All I have to say is oatmeal with butterscotch made me want to keep asking Is this real, this cannot be real!!!I do not understand how more people donnt know about The Cookie Jar!Never would I have thunk these two ingredients would marry so well!!! Amazing that's all I have to say.

My kids and I love the cookie jar! Best snickerdoodles ever and My daughter will not eat peanut butter cookies anywhere else lol....HOWEVER, I am only giving a 3 star review because we have all noticed the cookies have appeared to become smaller. Disappointing to say the least since we are paying nearly $3 per cookie.

Placed an order at 8pm. We picked them up around 8:45pm. We placed an order for 6 hot cookies with the deal of getting an additional cookie. When we got home, the cookies were squished, burnt, and missing the 7th cookie. Totally not worth the $16 we spent. They looked like discount cookies. We were recommended to try this place. It was our first time trying them. I hope whoever reads this will have a better experience. The only thing we did like was the store front. Super cute to see all these cookie jars lining the walls.Update:Leslie was great in handling my problem. Everything was address quickly and professionally. Very great customer service. Thank you Cookie Jar; we will be returning!

I walked in 15 minutes before close and I was completely welcomed to order cookies even though the oven had just been a shut off. Without hesitation I was still waited on and the oven was turned back on for my order. I apologized for walking in so close to close but I was reassured it was no problem. Very kind employees with the utmost customer service. The cookie jar has all of that on top of their amazing cookies!

03/18/21: CALL BEFORE ORDERING ONLINE. I didn't and just ordered online. Called after 1.5 hours. No response. I went to the store and it was closed. It shows that my card was charged, so now I have the pleasure of making sure it is reversed tomorrow.UPDATE: 03/19/21: I called the store around 4:30 today and spoke with Kylie. She turned this review from a 1 star rating to a 5 star rating. She apologized immediately and called her manager to sort this out. She called back right away and mentioned that my money was refunded and offered to make the order for free. I didn't need the cookies (Tell my behind!), but the immediate and swift action by Kylie will leave me singing into the sky and screaming of joy to the wind. It is people like Kylie that deserve to be hoisted into the air by society and cheered, while the scribbling of quills is heard by the nearest bard creating a ballad for her. In all seriousness, she surprised me with how quickly an annoying situation could become a great one. Please keep it up, and pay Kylie what she deserves (More).

Ordered overpriced cookies... Waited two hours and no cookies arrived. Called and they said they forgot to accept the order but they could send them out and some extras and they'd be delivered in half an hour. I appreciate the offer but I was not interested in waiting 2.5 hours (it was almost 10pm) for cookies that cost too much anyways. Guess we'll stick with Insomnia.
