Extremely annoying to watch 3 people stand around while only a few were working hard. Clearly the kitchen was short staffed (even though there were a bunch of people standing around) because I could hear the cook yelling in frustration. I waited 25 minutes in the drive thru only to get some of my food. I was missing two burgers, had to park and go inside to let them know. The young girl was polite and took my order for the missing items. She was working hard with a smile even though it was clearly a bad night in there. She is the only reason I didn’t leave without the rest of my food. Because it was taking so long to make my 2 burgers they forgot, I had to go back out to the car and wait (I didn’t want to leave my kids in the car any longer). I waited for 30 minutes for two burgers that should’ve been remade on the fly. When the young girl started to bring my food outside, a kind customer stopped her and brought me my food so she could keep working hard. In total, I spent an hour waiting for fast food that was cold and mediocre. Also, one of the remake items was wrong. Not my first frustrating visit to Culver’s, so I think I’m done.

Food at Culver's is always good but this location had some of the worst service I have ever experienced with this company! No explanation as to why the wait was so long and then see how they do the driv thru. Take the order and pull them to a spot, better communication is needed at this location!

The food we got was HOT and fresh. I noticed that Culver's drive through experience at all locations I've visited is slower than other restaurants, generally a 10-15 minute wait, however I'd rather have fresh food so I don't mind the wait. This location in particular was accurate and got our order perfectly correct, not something every location has the thoroughness for when I'm feeding a family here and everyone has their particulars in.
Kid-friendliness: There is a great variety in kids meal options and in certain cases substitutions of side items for ones on the regular menu is possible.

We first went to Culver's when we went to a wedding in Wisconsin years ago. We were blown away. Yesterday we were at a Culver's just 30 minutes from our town. We usually go to our local Culver's. All of their restaurants have the same excellent quality.
