The Bowling Green Dairy Queen staff was able to quickly process individual orders for my group of 50 high school students. Of course I called ahead, but we were in and out in under an hour. Thanks to Manny and his crew for making our stop an enjoyable one with their great service.

This was the worst dairy queen I think I have ever been too , not only was the food not hot but I got over charged by almost 3 dollars that's forsure . How at the end of it all do I get a 6 piece chicken basket and a 8$ meal deal and pay very close to 21$ . And I didn't even get my gravy for my dipping and I couldn't even use any code or order in my app. The guy was rude and Forreal I wish I could just get my dame money back because I didn't even eat my food because the chicken wàs cold . I won't be coming back . Bad job dairy queen. I understand that this location is a franchise but it's still carrying your name

I have been going to this Dairy Queen for years, and tonight I was so disappointed in the new owners. I ordered a milkshake and a blizzard through DoorDash and my husband goes to pick it up and the cashier hands him two blizzards that were not our order. My husband proceeds to say this is not our order, so the employee ARGUES with my husband and says no, this is your order. We both go back and I show him my DoorDash order receipt and his tone immediately changes with me and gives us our original order. It turns out there was another person with my similar name and he presumed that was our order. We will not be coming back here with having such rude service.

I never have any issues with this DQ location. The staff is always above and beyond friendly. The food is made fresh and FAST. They go above and beyond to please.

Their ladies restroom was gross. How do employees wash their hands amongst this mess? Ewww. Was gonna have lunch but seen this and left.

We frequently come here less than 30 minutes before close, they are always friendly and not annoyed at all with our annoying habit. You guys rock!
