i ordered a chai latte and ended up basically getting s large cup full of milk and hardly any flavor. nearly $8 drink that i’m drinking out of spite at this point. my friends drink was made incorrectly and the $4 sandwiches are overpriced for what they are. hardly anything on them and they’re just slapped together. this is something that should be maybe $2. $20 some dollars spent and nothing was good. do not recommended this location!!

Everything was great, but I ordered the $6 meal deal and when I got my food they messed up the sandwich and gave me the bagel bites instead. This would have been fine if it was once but I feel like every time I go they mess up something in my order.

Overall, food is usually good. Coffee is hit or miss, sometimes the flavors are not mixed in as well as they should be. Other times they are excellent. Donuts are often placed in the bags upside down which causes all the icing to melt on the bag. This is super frustrating and happens almost every single time. Additionally, staff will occasionally forget about donuts if you ordered them in the drive thru so be sure to check your order (the donuts will usually come in their own bag). Depending on the time of day the drive thru can take an extremely long time (10-15 minutes). I recommend ordering ahead for in-store pick up as I've never seen the inside too busy. Staff is usually friendly. Sometimes they do seem to run out of popular drink items such as the Dunkalatte.

I placed a mobile order just upon entering the drive thru for pick up… waited almost 20 minutes in the drive thru for my drink (which is way too long for a drive thru in my opinion) and when I received it, it had no ice left in it! Drink was very watered down so I ended up dumping it out... I encourage this location to re-make mobile order beverages that have been sitting… it is not fair to those of us who order ahead to get drinks that have sat and turned gross. Or, improve your drive thru line times…

I usually hate writing reviews but this is starting to piss me off. I am a regular, at least several times a week. The previous owner for manager or whatever was fantastic. The store was run smoothly, I was greeted by name, and my order was always timely and correct. There appears to have been a change in leadership and now it’s slow, disorganized, and woefully lacking in every area it used to excel in. It’s not the staffs fault, they appear new albeit severely under trained. But they’ve been generally pleasant to deal with. However the drive through takes 10+ minutes to go through and ordering through the mobile app for walk in as gotten me several wrong orders.
