This is my favorite ice cream place! 99% of the time I go, I'm able to try a different flavor that sounds good to me. They have SO many favors and it's always so good! And it's not rock hard icecream, which is nice. Sometimes when you get hard scoop it's not very creamy or soft. Erics is the best.

Stopped here for ice cream while visiting my daughter at BG. Service was quick & friendly, and the ice cream was delicious.

Just got a DoorDash order with extra hair added. This wasn’t the only one—I dug through and found more. Really unfortunate. I love their ice cream, and I’d really prefer to give a 5-star rating, but even if it’s great, I can’t give anything more than 1 star given the health concerns apparent in a quart full of hair. If there is confirmation this was handled, I’ll order again, but until then, no thanks.

This is a great ice cream parlor. They serve you quickly, and have a nice selection of unique flavors. You can eat inside or sit at a few tables outside with nice street views. We like to take our son here when we come up to visit him at BGSU.

I ordered the brownie sundae and it was a big disappointment. For seven dollars I expected there to be actual brownies in there, as the description claims that the ice cream will be surrounded with brownies, but all it was was a bunch of brownie crumbs. It had a terrible texture, and did not satisfy my want for a brownie sundae.

Not your typical scoop, but absolutely worth it to stop on by. I got the peanut butter M&MS double scoop and it tastes great. Good portions, good value, service was quick and the ice cream itself didn't have such a malty flavor to it like many others, much more natural which was really nice.

I’ve been to this location a couple times and everything went well until earlier today. I ordered cookie dough and the Samoa ice cream double scooped. I am allergic to peanuts which is why I ordered the cookie dough and not cookie dough with peanut butter!!! I started eating my ice cream and noticed that it tasted like peanut butter. I walk up to the counter and tell them that they made a mistake and added the cookie dough with peanuts. The girl at the register made it seem like it was my fault because I didn’t let her know I had an allergy, mind you I’ve been to this place a couple of times and nothing ever happened. I ask the worker for a refund and she’s on the phone with her manager for a long time without trying to speed up the process, knowing that I’m having a reaction to the peanuts. All the workers behind the counter didn’t even care to help, instead they just looked at me as if I was crazy. The girl who made the mistake putting the peanut butter cookie dough didn’t even care to apologize…In other words I will be calling corporate and I will not come to this location again!YOU WORKERS NEED TO LEARN HOW TO READ!!!!

Eric's has changed just a little bit over the last season but the ice cream is still the best in town. The eating area was clean the parlor was well staffed with friendly associates and the patio area is always clean and ready for guests.
It's a great place for locals and tourist.

I ordered some ice cream through door dash and put in the notes that I was having a bad day. The employees drew some pictures and very very nice notes on the cups. Thank you so much it definitely helped my day :). Definitely my number one ice cream place in BG! Ice cream is amazing, employees more amazing!
