Stopped in tonight for dinner I was absolutely amazed. The service was great. I had a grilled cheese vegetable soup and a freshly baked apple pie along with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Everything was delicious thank you so much. I will definitely be back as a returning customer.! The women that work there in the drive-through deserve to be recognized for making everything perfect!

I've been to this big boy twice, the first time our waitress just left and went to the store and we sat finished with our food for 20 minutes before anyone came over to check on us, then when our waitress came back she apologized and gave us our check. The second time our waitress was more concerned with her friends sitting behind us than actually doing her job, she forgot stuff that we ordered, but were still charged for, had to ask her multiple times for the simplest things like napkins or a fork. Highly disappointed and will not return here, which is sad cause I loved Frischs when I was a kid. The food was okay, not like it used to be though.

Not a place we go anymore. Food is eh, all the good servers & cooks left. Falcon family restaurant on south main has delicious breakfast/lunch & so does Kermits downtown.

The prices are high, the interior is old, there were gnats and dust in the window sills. The food was not appealing. It's definitely a senior citizen hangout. The people who worked there were pleasant, and the service was fast. If you just need something to eat, and don't expect too much, it's open. There are plenty of other options close by, I wouldn't choose this one again. We tipped well because the college students who work there deserved it.

I had a horrible first experience. Imagine being on the first date of your life with the most beautiful woman, and suggesting Big Boy to her because you've been dying to go for the 9 years you've lived in Ohio (but just haven't ), ordering her food and after two bites of her food her beautiful face turns sour, eyes start watering and she immediately wants to vomit from the old oil in the deep fryer! It was the biggest disappointment of my life because I love to try all the burger joint chains of its sorts, Johnny Rockets, Five Guys ECT and I was so excited to finally be able to cross this one off the bucket list! I swear I would have called corporate to complain but I didn't find my receipt until a week later and I figured it would be a mute point - then this review request pops up and honestly it saddens me to have to write negative reviews but this one warrants it. I would never return to this one in Bowling Green Ohio but I might try another location one day when I have another spare $30 to waste.
This may be sad as I have lived in Bowling Green area my entire life but this is my first trip to this big boy in 51 years. Sick of the same old stuff so I wanted to try something new and this was it. I was actually pleasantly surprised service was pretty good ,all the food actually was fresh and hot.

I was a little grossed out by the cook with the long hair. Back when I cooked in the kitchen, our hair had to be pulled back and we had to wear a hat. Our hair had to be completely covered.
