Second time ordering this month. Both times took over an hour! The first time they forgot half of my order and took another 20-30 mins to get it to me. This time order wasn’t right. Gave it a second time because thought it would be different nope! Never again! It’s crazy because I just went straight to the reviews before posting this.. looks like I’m not the only one.

Usually really good, but the last 3 mobile orders have either forgotten the drink, left extras off the sandwiches, or forgotten the chips and pickle (which was half of the order). Probably gonna take a break for a few months.

Best they could do was $5 store credit. Absolutely no refund to my card.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I had a very poor experience here on a recent evening. I placed an online order for a toasted sub, but was told at the counter the toaster was turned off for the night. This policy isn't posted anywhere for customers.
The employee who said he was the manager was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He refused to give his name, would not provide proof of a refund for my canceled order, and told me to find the corporate number myself when I asked for help.
I sent a formal complaint to the company about this and have been completely ignored. It's clear that professional service and employee accountability are not priorities at this location. I recommend going elsewhere.

Took 35 minutes to make one sandwich - and it wasn’t even busy. When I asked for my drink that I got with my meal, which I just wanted to make sure I got it, the employee just said yeah and pointed at the cups. And the best part was my sandwich had a hair in it too - which I know wasn’t mine because it was the wrong color.
