Ordered trhough online, got no notification of order being confirmed so assumed I did something wrong, ended up double ordering. No call or anything to confirm if this was intended or a mistake on my end. Paid 4 bucks for extra ham on my slim, ended up only had only three slices of ham total on each order's slim. Recommend only ordering in person.

not very good experience. wouldn’t recommend this store. they didn’t warn me there was toppings on my sub that i had asked to be taken off. they wouldn’t correct my order either.

Food is great, their website needs to be fixed IMMEDIATELY though. Ordered around 7:30 on 2/17 and got a confirmation email saying it would be delivered TOMORROW 2/18. Then my food did happen to get delivered the day I ordered, however, the delivery driver did not even notify me that my food was here. No doorbell ring, no knock on the door, NOTHING. So I've now got watered down drinks.

Edit: they forgot everything but the meat and cheese on my sub, absolutely fantastic service 👌🏻

Gave me an out of date potato salad with my order. Very frustrating since jimmy johns makes it impossible to get a refund. The date is in huge font, 5 people behind the counter couldn't figure that out? Almost by 2 days expired.

They lost my order and called to find out what happened. They assured me they would remake it and redeliver it. After waiting some time, I called back, only to find out they never actually remade my food.

Just in case you might not think about it you can give them a tip that is much appreciated by them. I tip them every time on my orders. I appreciate them and want to let them know I do. So, if you can afford it give them a tip.

WORHED

Got a sandwich with no meat on it lol opened up the bread and had lettuce tomato and mayo, I called it in and was called a liar and when I asked for the girls name, she hung up on me... I tried to call back but no answer. Very bizarre to say the least. Not to mention 2.50 delivery fee??!! That's over 25% charge for what I order. I'm obviously basically never ordering here again when I used to a couple times a week. Seems like a petty amount of money to lose business over. I only live 3 blocks away, and the drivers always expect a tip on top of the 2.50 lol ridiculous
