The last couple of times I went through the drive thru I wasn’t able to get the food I wanted. You are always out of everything! Good thing Arby’s is next door. They have food and friendlier employees!

Worst food! Chicken was old and cool, cake was upside down and they “forgot the biscuit”. When we called up there to complain they was “willing to replace the chicken, cake and biscuits” but we live 20 miles away and I have no time to have the order replaced ?!! The whole meal sucked…. Almost $50 for garbage!!! We will never be going to kfc again.

It's a fast food restaurant you get what you pay for so to speak. The service was great It was courteous and prompt. They made changes to our order as we needed them. The food was average. The shrimp was salty.

I hate to give a BG restaurant a bad review but this one has consistently given bad service. Word to the wise, always check your order to make sure it is right. And never expect them to have a full menu. I know there are other things at play when it comes to food availability, but their service has also gotten quite bad. To the point I walked out the other day after trying to order and getting no where with the staff, and drove up to Perrysburg where I got great service and a full menu.
Ordered off of door dash and ordered a 12 piece meal and got chicken tenders not drums and thighs and ordered just the chicken and got 2 drums and 2 thighs and 8 chicken tenders this is not the first time this has happened

Signage (inside and out) sucks. No specials posted. Online it mentioned KFC deals. When we approached the order counter, we asked her if they had any specials. She said no. Then resumed texting on her phone. I got back online, read what I seen about the specials so we asked her if they offer that. She said yes. ? Then WHY did you say NO when we asked if there were any?? Was given a fork for our mashed potatoes and gravy.... Maybe I'm odd, but gravy is runny and a spoon works much better. Also, where's my receipt?? It really erks me when a restaurant asks if I want my receipt, but at least they ask! Today, she didn't ask so I assumed it was in the bag. Get home, and what do ya know..... No receipt. Why??? Has paper gotten that expensive? If I get sick from the food from some place I patron, I want proof I was there. Other than those things, entering and exiting - we were greeted nicely. Food was decent.

Every try I drive into this place KFC they never have any chicken ready to leave They're always out of chicken if they're gonna run a Tuesday special $10 special why don't they cook some Chicken .I think that's the ploy saying there is no chicken so they don't have to honor their $10.special. If that's not the case somebody's droping the freaking ball Management

Placed an order through Uber Eats, they accepted the order on their end but told my driver that they ran out of chicken.. ? That's like a church saying "We ran out of Jesus"Come to find out if I cancelled the order after they accept it, with no intention of fulfilling it, I get charged a $16 cancellation fee.. on a $20 order. Avoid this location.. or better yet, go to Perrysburg and get some Canes chicken!
