Once again they are not cooking their pizzas all the way and serving raw pizza. We had this issue months ago also that they kept serving raw pizza. My kids couldn’t even eat the pizza and said it was gross and asked me if it’s raw. Also the woman that works here is rude and always yelling at customers and doordash drivers.

I ordered off door dash and this is the sec time I ordered yesterday was under cooked my pizza did not complain I ordered some today and door dash cost a lot..... as I ordered today I called up there to ask them if they can cook ot longer because it was under cooked yesterday they didn't apologize but said yes they will I said thank you ...... I get my same order and its stull undercooked I will never again order from here again 🙃

During a non busy hour waited 40 minutes just to be told that my food was just put in the oven, after order 20 minutes prior to when we got there.

Every time I come here, I have to wait nearly 30 minutes for sometimes as little as 1 pizza. It's not during busy times either. I have gotten to a point where we order ahead and show up like half an hour later. Today was a great example. I was 25 minutes after ordering and still had to wait. There was only one other person in the lobby. It's not like it was busy. They never added the dippers I ordered, also when I got home I realized they never gave me the 2 sodas I ordered to go with it. It happens every single time when I go to this location. I used to manage the fostoria one, and my god I would have lost my job if the store was like this. I've seen people get irate (rightly so) (wrongfully in yelling) by having absurd wait times and still getting the order wrong. I don't even order anything special. 2 pepperonis usually (maybe 3) and 2 cheese breads. It's abysmal service and standard for "hot and ready". Try calling? Good luck getting through also

Wish customers would treat the employees better they’re working hard with constant inflow traffic and almost every time I’m there a customer is rude to the staff. Keep up the hard work guys!

Forgot half of my order and now they’re closed. Guess I’ll be wasting my time fighting for a refund tomorrow.
After a 12 hr shift all I wanted was my food. 3rd time in a row my pizza was not correct ordered a thin crust pepperoni, mushrooms and sausage. Got a regular pizza with only mushrooms. Called to complain he said thanks for letting me know and did absolutely nothing to make up for screwing up my order. Gets my vote for worst Little Ceasers.
