i ordered 3 things on the app. should have been ready in 15-20 minutes my driver gets there to pick the food up to deliver to me. and the workers gave my entire order to some random person and had to remake the entire thing taking even longer. i called the phone number provided and they said they couldn’t do anything till my food was delivered and then said they would take it to the “escalation team” and get i still haven’t gotten my delivery refund called the same number twice with two different people saying i would get my 4$ refunded for delivery, however the email i got didn’t mention any refund and just sent the receipt. don’t order here don’t eat here bc the pizza they remade was somehow wet and drenched in oil and grease, genuinely one of the worst pizza places i have ever eaten from.

They didn't even have any starting to cook. I would have accepted a 5 to 10 wait but 15 is kinda ridiculous for the McDonald's of pizza.What's the point?

2 signs say cheese steak crazy puffs crazy combo with drink $4.99. I order it. She says she can't ring it up. I say she needs to take the 2 signs down. I touch one of the signs and there's something I assume is garlic butter running down the front of the sign. I tell her. It's still there a week later. I ask for manager. It's a computer problem. There was no selection for the cheese steak BUT there was (there always is) another way to ring it. Problem solved. Don't know if they left instructions for other shifts. They are very good and I have only recently been able to drink soda again after beriatric surgery. It was the best Cherry 🍒 Pepsi I've ever had.

I doubt the management/ownership here even reads these or they would probably be more concerned that they have a 3.5 star rating. This store is obviously not being managed and if anybody would hold an ounce of accountability then the place would improve immediately. Without focusing on the overall condition and lack of cleanliness the staff here has no idea what’s going on, doesn’t communicate and cannot handle even a mild amount of business. It just took 15 minutes for me to receive 1 order of breadsticks. Meanwhile I watched 4 customers come in who had placed orders 20 minutes earlier be told that their order would be going in shortly. I really don’t know how this place is even open.

Complete bullshit. They tried to give me old pizza that had set in the heater for God knows how long...with the door open. Then when we asked them to make them fresh we got attitude...they messed the order in front of use three times and probably still didn't get it right. No hot and ready that are fresh, no sauces out, the place literally looked like a dump. I will be ordering from Papa John's and not wasting the time, money, or effort it takes to drive to this Little Caesars ever again.

The two men working on Thursday 21st at 844 the one that has his hate backwards is very rude to tithe only other working pulling the weight and answering phone why he hardly does anything they have bottle bottles laying out bc the display cooler doesn't keep cold so idk why they dont put them some wear us he yelling at the kid in front of customer while he not restocking or doing anything but throwing things around they need to fire him

Kinda speaks for its self. Not cut. They must brush a tablespoon of this “cheese sauce” over the whole pizza. Also how thing can they stretch their dough. Looks like they are trying to find out. Come on. Step it up. This would be so amazing with an actual helping of cheese sauce. They sure didnt mind over loading it with the salt though!!

Once again they are not cooking their pizzas all the way and serving raw pizza. We had this issue months ago also that they kept serving raw pizza. My kids couldn’t even eat the pizza and said it was gross and asked me if it’s raw. Also the woman that works here is rude and always yelling at customers and doordash drivers.

I ordered off door dash and this is the sec time I ordered yesterday was under cooked my pizza did not complain I ordered some today and door dash cost a lot..... as I ordered today I called up there to ask them if they can cook ot longer because it was under cooked yesterday they didn't apologize but said yes they will I said thank you ...... I get my same order and its stull undercooked I will never again order from here again 🙃
