We got 2 meals today and the chicken and the fish was cooked in rancid grease. I tried calling them to tell them about it. NO ONE would answer the phone. We don't live close to the store to go back.

Disgusting to say the least. This place has majorly went down hill. If you like fish jerky this is the place for you. Chicken that sits for hours they have that too. Cannot believe this location is still in operation. Visit at your own peril.

Fish and shrimp was overcooked and looked like it was under the heat lamp for about 6 hours. They were out of shrimp sauce. I will never go to this location again. The only thing good was the young girl at the drive thru was friendly.

Literally the worst service I have ever gotten on a repeated basis. Firstly, the drive thru person speaks so ridiculously fast and then is mad when I can't understand what they're saying. Secondly, my order is almost always missing something, every single time. It's fast food, I get it yknow stuff happens but it's literally every time I just expect it and try to make the best of it. I go for the Long John Silvers. I love that batter! But honestly if this was just the KFC I never even would've went there, and I definitely would never go back if I had and was treated like this. LJS the only thing I'm coming back for is their fish, chicken, and hush puppies. Oh and they gave me a bagged mountain dew for some reason? That was weird. I'm not against it, mind you, just that I think it's odd.

Worst Long John Silvers in northwest Ohio.
Always extremely greasy, almost all batter now with hardly any fish. In addition, l do believe they re-fry their fish because it’s very hard and greasy, with what little fish you get BECAUSE IT’S ALL BREADING!
They are NOT part of the LJS chain that the other LJS’s are around here. And it shows in their poor quality of food.
STAY AWAY ~ go to Maumee’s LJS instead.

This was the sorriest meal I have ever had. We ordered shrimp and fish. The fish was chewy from being under the warmer. The fries were cold. The biscuits were hard from sitting under the warmer also. We did not get any straws for our drinks. No silverware or napkins and they did not have any sauce for their shrimp. I will not go to this Long John Silvers ever again. It use to be a decent place to eat. The times have changed. The people were polite, but the food was horrible.

I haven't had one they say their dining room is open can't even get someone to answer the phone when you call so can't get pick up worthless to even say its open

Absolutely delicious

Just ordered a four piece fish and four piece chicken dinner . It was the worst ever. Greasy and hush puppys you couldn't bite into they were hard as a rock. . Food tasted a day old.

Spent 9 dollars on a 2 piece chicken meal and an extra piece of chicken. Could not eat the chicken because it was so hard. I was not given a receipt and when I told the man at the window thank you he responded by saying yep. Tried to call multiple times and nobody answered. Given the amount of horrible reviews for them, it seems upper management doesn’t care. Wish I could give zero stars.
