They do not honor discounts/coupons that are emailed to you. Neither discounts on the app nor my account (when accessed from home computer) work. And the store won't honor them nor provide alternative options. Pizza is good, but very frustrating service.
I would usually give them 5 stars as a regular customer but tonight I drive through heavy traffic to and fro for them to tell me that they would not honor my coupon. I specifically called before leaving home and the upfront person said he would take care of it. They would not so I left my pizza and went to Mancinos.
