3 out of probably 7-8 times I’ve been here my double cheeseburgers were soaked in this super nasty burger water that I’ve never gotten from other locations. Tastes horrible and have to just throw it out each time it’s happened

I’ve never had such an unpleasant experience at a McDonald’s. Was charged for the wrong order and had to knock on the window to get the two girls attention who were standing there chatting instead of looking at the window, then sat there for 10 minutes while they made me repeat my order over 5 times just so they could get it right. Then, walked off with my debit card? Went to the food window and they then argued with me about giving me the fries that were paid for on my receipt, threw the bag of fries out the window at me and said here just take them. Definitely do not go to this location by any means, they’re a bunch of rude people who don’t care at all about customer service even when I kept a polite demeanor the whole time. Guess I shouldn’t have expected much from a place run by a bunch of high college students.

No receipt from the terrible kiosk. No hash browns with my kiddos’ big breakfasts. And the kiosk wouldn’t scan my rewards. Not getting what I paid for is a quick recipe for an unhappy customer.

I myself am a manager at a fast food restaurant. . . Never have I seen such unhappy employees. No proper greeting. My wife expressed thanks for the services and got a “yep” as a response. The food I had order wasn’t what I had hoped for. The meat patty’s were dry and saturated in mayo. Not a great experience.

Open 24 hours and I like to go for iced coffee and breakfast before parking at Doyt before 7 am for freeparking, or it's $12 prepay/$15 day of. Most games start at noon, but i think it's worth the effort.
They get my order right every time and have the best personalities. Very close to BGSU.

The monopoly game has been going for a week or two and this is the first mcdonalds I have gone to and there were no game pieces on my drink my fries or my sandwich. Nothing anywhere at all. How is this possible? Also I waited 10 minutes to use the women's bathroom because it was being cleaned which is okay but when I went in after it was cleaned there was literally no sign of any cleaning going on. Toilet paper all over the floor and 1 toilet was plugged.

extremely slow. waited 35 min to try and pay for my food since i ordered on the kiosk and i had cash and the lady working cash register just kept looking back and continuing what she was doing. 2-3 other employees told her she might wanna go back to her assigned spot and she kept telling them “i will after this”. they messed up these 2 younger girls food and they were being rude to them about it bc of a mistake they made??? like how is that right. their was no line for the drive thru and only a few on the inside so they’re weren’t really busy either.

Never received my food
but paid for it. waited at counter
38 minute. Was told they had to get orders out before dealing with anything. Employees were crying
customers were mad. People were taking door dash orders just to eat lunch. Never seen anything like it.

foods usually ok, but recently I placed an order online and after 2 hours of it being in progress they just cancelled it, after I had called to make sure the order wasn’t lost or forgotten.
