The manager argued with me that I didn’t place an order. Had a confirmation email through the app and the money came out of my account. Had my bank cancel the transaction and won’t be returning to this location!

There was no ice in my drink. The fries were lukewarm but the McCrispy strips were hot, but one of them was undercooked. I did not get napkins or ketchup. The kiosk at the front was out of order so it did not look good when first entering.

Convenient location and good food. The self service kiosks are such a blessing! I can customize my order and earn rewards points without having to communicate with a human! The rewards account also allows me to reorder previous transactions from prior days. I keep my orders simple and 99% of the time it arrives in a timely manner. The restaurant is usually pretty clean when ive been there. Only drawback is sometimes there's a lot of the college kids there.

Horrible customer service , got my order wrong tried to fix it on the second window the guy literally didn’t wanna take my money and had me back up my car instead of taking two steps to the other register, very rude , i do not recommend this branch at all . I know it’s McDonald’s but at least some customer service would be nice .

At this McDonald's in Bowling Green, Ohio, they only had one cashier. I was fortunate to get there around 11:30 because the service was slow. When noon came around, people had a line and probably had to wait five to ten minutes for the irritating order. In addition, they did not have a fountain for the public to use. So, if you want a refill, you must wait for the cashier to recognize you and get the refill for you. This process slows down everyone. They should not have given up the public fountain drinks.

I order a quarter pounder deluxe and when I had got it they just gave me a burger that had no mayonnaise or lettuce which is just a regular burger in the deluxe box and priced it as a quarter pounder. The late night workers just don’t care to even put two my ingredients on it 😭

The food tasted fine and came exactly as ordered, and the hourly staff was working their best considering the busy level of business. However, while an employee was taking my order, a manager interrupted the transaction to discipline and essentially berate the employee in front of me regarding how they handled a previous transaction. Very unprofessional, and the employee was clearly upset by the treatment. Hopefully the owners see this and have a discussion with all upper store management about proper conduct towards employees while on the floor. Shout-out to the employee who handled the disrespect like a champ!
