I really don’t post much and want to give people the benefit of a doubt… but this place continues to disappoint time and time again. I have always praised this place, but things have changed in recent years. I order a BLT hoagie, bacon comes raw… more than once. Tonight I order one Philly original and it comes w/ Mayo… not normal. I order another Philly original w/ no onions… guess what??? It has onions on it. Once a staple in BG has become a joke and has seen their last dollar from me. Again, I pride myself on being easy going and give others multiple chances, but Mr Spots has had their last chance w/ me. I also sent a complaint to Door Dash and they refunded me $7.50 for $30 worth of mistakes. Go elsewhere….

It's expensive. We got a pepper steak sandwich and a steak hoagie, and they both were under-seasoned. We had to add seasoning to make it taste good. The dill pickle and fries were the best.

If you’re anywhere near Bowling Green, you’ve gotta stop by Mr. Spots. This place absolutely delivers when it comes to cheesesteaks — easily one of the best I’ve had outside of Philly. The meat’s juicy, the cheese is perfectly melted, and the roll is legit (they ship them in from Philly, which says a lot).
The fries were hot and crispy, just how they should be, and they’ve got a solid beer selection on tap to wash it all down. Chill spot, no frills — just good food done right. I’ll definitely be back the next time I’m in town.
Great service by the younger girls at front desk...even helpful with getting a high chair for our baby. Philly, wings, blt were awesome!

I tried to order Mr. Spots tonight at 10:30 pm, but they say they're closed (hours posted to close at 2:30 am) because the college kids are out of town. They choose not to serve the local residents that can make them money. What kind of business is this? I choose not to support this business in the future if it is only interested in catering the college kids.

I originally had ordered chili cheese fries and some other items. I opened up the chili cheese fries and put ketchup on them and then sat down on the couch and realized oh there’s no chili on here. So I called the establishment and they had another order sent to me. When the delivery driver came back to give me the new order, he opened up the previous box as they wanted it back, which was fine. He opened it, and literally was trying to debate with me and said that he found one bean. There was absolutely no chili on my fries or anywhere in that box. See pictures. But the mere fact that I told them that my family does so much business with them that it would literally be an embarrassment if I were to lie about something so stupid. my other food was getting cold at this point so that’s another inconvenience of me having to wait for my correct order. But the delivery driver wanted to challenge me on my porch and his words were “I can’t take these back. My boss will have my ass.” So I proceeded to call up there and speak to the manager. The fact that I am a customer and I was challenged like as if I was lying about something when I’m literally giving you back the incorrect order for you to view yourself is just beyond me. Being home sick with influenza A and your taking the order back into your establishment is unsafe and diabolical. This was all caught on my porch camera as well. Only thing I can say is that your workers need to read their tickets better because it says chili.cheese. fry. that’s three ingredients in one box. Do better Mr. spots and do better at training your crew. I will not be ordering from Mr. spots any longer. I hope you don’t contaminate your food establishment and pray no one else gets sick from this senseless act of negligence.

Got off work, wanted some food so decided to stop here cause I hadn’t been in a bit. Was craving some wings so I got some wings and some waffle fries. Holy sauce, you’d have to order 100 wings from Bdubs before you even get comparable to the amount of sauce they put on their wings, it was a beautiful ocean of sauce. The blue cheese was good, wasn’t just your standard blue cheese. Staff guy asked me if I wanted to try the nacho cheese with the waffle fries, I said sure. 💯 recommend. Mr Spots is great. Staff is very friendly.
