Haven't had Mr. Spots in 20 years. It's the same as I remember!!! I went on National Cheesesteak day and they were giving away prizes with the spin of a wheel!!! I came out with a delicious sandwich and a gift card!! Highly recommend eating here!! I have also heard the wings are good, but I haven't gotten any yet.

Horrible customer service, dined in and all I wanted was a small side of sub dressing that they didnt put on my sub and I was told it was going to cost me another 1.50 after I already just spent 38.00 on 2 subs and and spilt a fry. The crew that was working was very unprofessional and asked if I even ordered food when I just paid! Will never be back

Stopped in on my way home from Michigan and had the cheesesteak and fries with a side of their ghost pepper sauce. It was really good and the staff was friendly with quick service.
The young lady taking my order was extremely helpful and kind. I enjoyed my philly cheese and waffle fries. It had been since the early 90s that I had been to Mr. Spots last. Thank you. I will be back soon.

Have been coming here since I was a kid. Mr. Spots never disappoints. Double Firesteak w/ provolone combo. It never gets old. The service is always friendly and the food is always good. I would recommend this place to anyone. By far one of the best places to eat in BG.

Great food. Got the chicken Philly with waffle fries and everything was hot and properly cooked and seasoned well. The chicken tenders were a bit too crispy and overcooked, wouldn’t recommend. Overall good music selection, quick service, and moderately clean establishment.

Disappointed…not as good as the Ann Arbor location I’m so used toWings were averageFries were undercookedTook a
2 hours and no order received. Called after 75 minutes and told it was out for delivery. 25 minutes later and no order so when I called back to cancel it was, "no problem we will credit your credit card.". It was like they knew they lied the first time. Just be upfront about delivery time. I live 6 minutes away and have had this problem on the last 3 orders. Ended up with cold food the last time, pay for extra meat on sandwiches but end up with less than before with normal order. This place has gone downhill since previous manager was charged with embezzlement. At least you got what you paid for then, I guess the State Rep is making up for lost funds with overcharging, under product portions, and clearly under staffing. Will not attempt here again after 3 dismal experiences. Shame for a staple my last 20 years of patronizing.

A friend of mine invited me out to his favorite place for sandwiches, and I was happy to take the drive to Bowling Green for some great, casual food. I will definitely be back to BG, but not for Mr. Spots. I got the "Spot's Special." It took me no time to decide ... when in Rome - get the special. I even got one to go for my dad. If something is great it needs to be shared. I was mistaken. It was a bland, flavorless, boring, overpriced, dud sandwich. I would have preferred anything, I mean anything, from Subway. It was that huge of a flop. I'm sure there will an invite in the future to go again, and I'll probably accept once more. The next time to try the Cheese Steak. But if the cold hoagie is any indication; it's not looking good. For better or worse, I will update this review after I try the Cheese Steak. I gave it one star for the waffle fries. As it now stands - avoid Mr. Spots.

The place is kind of grungy looking when you walk in. One guy behind the counter seemed pretty nice, but everyone else seemed in a bad mood. Got an order of wings and they were horrendous. The first I’ve been into it was like eating jelly Because there was so much fat in the wing. Wings are not supposed to be loaded with fat not to mention it had a funky smell. I ate half of the first wing and tried two more, and then threw all 10 away.
