This restaurant was amazing! Service was good , but the food really stood out. We ordered the pierogis with prosciutto which was amazing , the chicken picatta and the scallops and shrimp which we loved, and the lemon posse which was a surprise delight, so light and lemony. The food tasted so fresh, and was so delicious! Would highly recommend and will be back!

Pretty fantastic experience from beginning to end. I had the rare opportunity to see one of the kids in conjunction with a business trip and we dined here.

For cocktails, I had a nice single-malt scotch. Decent pour but a great price point. I've seen the same stuff for 2x pretty regularly so it was nice to save a buck.

Walking in the door, there was absolutely zero doubt in my mind that we were ordering their grilled feta appetizer. So glad we did! I'm going to be replicating this dish at home for years to come. Think of a square slice of feta, top generously with fresh oregano and parsley then wrap in baking paper and toss it in the oven. So flavorful and creamy. Served with some hearty bread on the side. Pure deliciousness!

My entree was the sea bass. I really enjoyed the grill flavor on the fish and thought it was prepared perfectly. Tender and flavorful describe this dish. Sides were delicious as well but the fish is what stood out to me. I would love to learn to cook a piece of fish like they prepared this one.

We just ate two of our favorites, mushroom risotto and their pear salad. Both were delicious as always!

Strolled in on a Wednesday night and dined in enjoying the chicken piccata, pear & sausage naan, and sourdough bread. Our server, Jenna, couldn’t have been more engaging & delightful, making the experience memorable. We’ll be back!

They have the best feta I’ve ever eaten. Staff were super friendly and helpful. I definitely want to go back again.

The best!!! I was reading the small amount of bad reviews, and I was so mad. Those reviews probably come from college kids that are on a tight budget and don’t know good quality food if it bit them in the a**! (No offense) Anyways, focus on the positives! Ben made the best old fashioned I’ve ever had! And, Gabriel, the chef, brought our meals out, chatted with us for a few, and it felt like we were visiting friends that we haven’t gotten to catch up with in a while. I’m from Chicago, and my husband from Austin, and we’ve had some good meals in our day. We were passing through for work, and someone recommended this spot. The pear salad with the Bulgarian feta is amazing and the filet mignon was perfection with the mushroom risotto and asparagus. It isn’t even pricey considering it is grass fed and quality clean ingredients which is so hard to find. Loved loved loved this place and the folks there!

The restaurant had an ownership and name change => it’s now The Clay Pot. Our first time dining here and it was delightful. The food was very fresh. We split the stroganoff goulash - plenty for two people. Very fresh tasting and there was a brightness to the flavors that we both enjoyed. The side salad was a spring greens mix and was tossed with a lovely vinaigrette. The wine list offers a nice variety of options: California, France, Italy. Some I’ve heard of and others were new to me. We were staying in BG for one night - our old stomping grounds. Will definitely come back on our next trip through the area.

This is One of my favorite restaurants in Ohio. The food is exceptional. The staff is extremely friendly. They feel like an extension of a beautiful family. I always leave feeling fulfilled. The food is clean so I never feel bloated or disgusting after eating a meal. Chef's kiss 🤤

Amazing. This is the new destination restaurant for my business partner and I when passing through Ohio. I wish we had a European restaurant like this in Louisville. The pear salads with chicken, Naan pizza sampler (including the sausage and pear pizza), grilled Feta on bread, and holiday punch, were all 10/10.
