We start with wild-caught raw salmon and mix it with fresh herbs, pan-sear it with coconut oil and finish it with remoulade sauce (French zingy mayo-based sauce). Served on a pareve pretzel bun.
Bison Burger
Grass-fed freshly ground steak burger, arugula, avocado, balsamic-caramelized onion, Havarti cheese, and spicy Dijon mustard. Served on a pareve pretzel bun.
Classic Neapolitan Naan Bread Pizza
House-made tomato sauce with imported San Marzano, fresh hand-torn bocconcini cheese, fresh basil micro-greens.

A German recipe of grass-fed beef tenderloin, cooked with leeks, mushrooms, onion, and sour cream. Served over Pappardelle pasta.

Tender chicken cutlets, pan-seared in delicate lemon-Chardonnay sauce with Turkish capers. Served with organic pasta and grilled asparagus.

Veggies in a Clay Pot
Basmati rice, flavored with our house vegetable relish, wild arugula, spinach, garlic, gourmet mushrooms, medley tomatoes, and infused cold-pressed olive oil. Made to order, fully customizable.
Red Lentil Stew
Hardy stew of slow-cooked red lentil, with celery, onion, roasted red peppers, tomatoes, and carrots. Served over bed basmati rice and topped with cauliflower and Pecorino Romano cheese.
Forest Mushroom Risotto
Creamy risotto made with gourmet mushrooms, asiago-parmesan cheese, arugula, fresh scallions, red onion and wine.

Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake
This house-made, elegant lemon cheesecake is light and fresh, topped with blueberry compote. You will not want to share.
French Crepes Flambe
Guilt-free delight, house made with organic flour and farm fresh eggs, filled with imported French jams with no sugar added. Sweetened with date syrup. Served with a scoop of all natural French vanilla ice cream.

The best!!! I was reading the small amount of bad reviews, and I was so mad. Those reviews probably come from college kids that are on a tight budget and don’t know good quality food if it bit them in the a**! (No offense) Anyways, focus on the positives! Ben made the best old fashioned I’ve ever had! This is One of my favorite restaurants in Ohio. The food is exceptional. The staff is extremely friendly. They feel like an extension of a beautiful family. I always leave feeling fulfilled. The food is clean so I never feel bloated or disgusting after eating a meal. Chef's kiss 🤤

Amazing. This is the new destination restaurant for my business partner and I when passing through Ohio. I wish we had a European restaurant like this in Louisville. The pear salads with chicken, Naan pizza sampler (including the sausage and pear pizza), grilled Feta on bread, and holiday punch, were all 10/10.
