I just ordered a spinach artichoke soufflé through the drive though. I opened the bag to check and no eating utensils or napkins.
No one was behind us. My husband beeped several times and the girl that handed us the bag, looked up and ignored us. Beeped and knocked again. She finally came back to the window. I’m not typically one to post my experiences at public places but I had one of the WORST experiences at Panera in bowling green today.
I have started doing door dash for some side money and I had 2 orders to pick up in the restaurant. When I got there, the first order was complete, awesome! And the other order was 14 items so I expected to wait a little. After 15 minutes go by, I go to the counter to ask if they had received the order. Ordered delivery with specific delivery instructions. Instructions were printed on order ticket and were not followed. I need them to buzz through first door and put order outside first apt door on left. I am 78 yrs old with MD.
