Ordered a Greek Salad with Chicken and received a salad with NO chicken. Is it too much to ask to get what you ordered and payed for? So frustrating 😫

I am usually a fan of this Panera as I work in BG and eat here often, but I also come here on the weekends and I live in Toledo. So you know I love it. Well, I placed a bagel order and im really upset because it was for a meeting at work and I was very embarrassed when everyone started looking at their Asiago bagel as it was very dark. I called and spoke to Lydia and she didn't really sound concerned. She stated I saw they were dark. So, I'm wondering why someone would just put that in someones order knowing they were burnt. Well, she gave me 2 pick 2 and a drink coupon. I just think if people are paying money for something it should be up to a certain standard.

The person at the counter was lovely and attentive. Unfortunately, the food came out wrong for both our orders. There was cheese on my husband's soup that was ticketed to remove. And I got the completely wrong soup. Once we got what we ordered I really liked mine, but husband was disappointed. Place was busy but they got orders out quickly.

It's just barely after 6:00 p.m. on a Saturday how are you out of bread for bread bowls. The store doesn't even close for four more hours. This is not the first time this location has failed to have a fairly common menu item in the middle of dinner rush.

Came here on a rainy evening on our drive back to Michigan. They have a fireplace going to keep you warm. Service was outstanding. They gave us free baguettes and drinks. Would def come back if we are passing by.
