I love Panera Bread food we were ordering from work a couple times a week. About 2 months ago our orders started getting messed up. Then I noticed they changed their cinnamon crunch bagel it used to have a crunchy sweet coating on it, now it doesn't which changes the taste and defeats the crunch part of the name. Im not sure what has happened but between the bagel change and the messed up orders I dont know how often Ill be ordering
We were accidentally given the wrong food, when I called to let them know and try to resolve the issue the young lady who answered was so sweet. She gave me a few options to resolve the issue and was apologetic. We came to a resolution and the issue was resolved quickly.
To be honest on this one I was surprised. I was in a hurry on a trip, but I wanted a salad. Simply just not in the mood for a burger and all those fat grams. Really hard to find healthy things when you have to be on the road a lot. I looked at the menu at Panera and decided to try an Asian chicken salad. Much to my surprise it was very good.
