The delivery driver was anything but respectful,.Regardless of the fact there pizza tracker is worthless, she stated she waited 5 minutes (2, in reality) and gave me SERIOUSLY disrespectful attitude. You want good pizza at a good price AND have professional drivers, call DOMINOS. Heck, call ANYONE besides Papa John's! Sorry Shaq, Findlay is just ridiculous!

Ordered a pizza, off of DoorDash so I understand it is also a DoorDash issue. Received the pizza an hour and a half late. I ordered a bbq pizza with sausage and ham, received a pepperoni pizza with pizza sauce. Called the store, the person on the phone was rude, I understand if there is nothing you can do but you could at least be nice. After the very rude tone of turning me away immediately, they hung up on me while I was still asking a question. Very disappointed, however I know someone who worked there and that is behaviour that is promoted by management there so no real surprises

Absolutely terrible service, ordered delivery from grub hub and they made me wait over 2 hours before finally canceling and refunding my order with the reason being “We’re unable to fulfill this order”. Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication.

Feel like I’ve tried to give this location multiple chances. They never substitute sauces when placed through the app (I.e. cheese sticks come with marinara, replace with garlic sauce in order, still receives marinara, no garlic sauce to be found) and if you ask for extra it’s a hit or miss if they actually come in the box or not. The dough constantly always seems to taste old; or stale maybe? Sometimes food also comes cut partially so you’re having to compete the job at home. Totally understandable that it’s a “college town” location but it would be nice to at least receive items I order.

The visit was a mixed bag, but overall, the pizza and the experience held up!
🔎 The Situation: A dear friend from afar surprised me with a pizza as a thoughtful gesture during a tough time. However, I couldn’t make it to the store within the allotted pickup window. I completely understand that this policy ensures only fresh, delicious food for customers, though I do hope the unused pie was donated or eaten instead of wasted.
💡 The In-Store Experience: When I arrived, the proprietor—who I believe owns the shop—was curt and seemed unaware of my order. Thankfully, the manager I had spoken to earlier stepped in to clarify and saved the day. She quickly informed me my fresh pizza was about to go in the oven. Big points to the manager for professionalism and attention to detail!
🍕 The Product: Papa John's remains a standout in the pizza world. The dough, with its perfect balance of fluffiness and chew, and the subtly sweet tomato sauce never fail to hit the spot. And let’s be real—any competitor that doesn’t include garlic butter and a pepperoncini in the box is just playing catch-up.
🏡 Delivery Thoughts: Though Papa John’s doesn’t deliver to my area, which is far from rural, this lack of service keeps it a special treat. Still, corporate, you’re leaving money on the table—there’s a white-collar hub in Jackson waiting for those delivery zones to expand!
👍 Verdict: The food and the female manager’s professionalism won me over. No notes other than this: keep being consistent and delicious. I’ll gladly patronize again, even if I have to pick up in person.
