This review is specifically for Elijah. Today my wife and I came in. An as Elijah was taking not only our order but multiple orders and doing everything by himself. As 3 employees just sat there and watch Elijah work. Elijah was the only person taking initiative. As a manager was giving a new employee a walk through the logical thing to do would stop the walkthrough and jump in and help Elijah. To show how a team should work together. An a great opportunity to show the new employee how to be a leader. I was extremely impressed how Elijah handled the situation calm and kept working. Focusing on the customer. The kid deserves the upmost respect and an apology from management and his crew.

Went here for lunch and this was the first time going to QDOBA. I wasn't aware we had one locally so was excited about it. Food was hot and fresh. Service was great as well. I love the fact that guac and queso are not extra and are included!
Parking: Parking is on the street and can be difficult.

I ordered the slow-braised pulled pork quesadilla. The employee who prepared the quesadilla put way too much cheese on the quesadilla. It tasted like I was eating a tortilla filled with cheese. I ate one piece and threw the rest of the food into the garage where it belongs instead of inside my body clogging up my arteries.

Well, I won't be eating here anymore. I only eat the hard shell bowls, and they decide that they weren't going "carry" them anymore. Ok, here's the problem with this, the taco shell bowl is literally a fried or baked burrito shell. AND there's a picture of the hardshell advertised on their menu inside the store! I think this is as lazy as it gets with food prep. I loved eating here 3 times a week. Not everyone wants bland texture in their food, the burrito bowls are soggy once you get them home, or want to eat them later....the crunchy bowls were the way to go. So if you want a crunch bowl... DO NOT EAT here. They want you to "settle" for their available items, and that's not cool. They are way too overpriced not to have the items you want to eat. We (4) of us walked out over a burrito shell that literally takes 5 seconds to drop into the fryer. That was a huge loss, especially when we got double meats. Oh well, I like what I like, and soggy bowls are not worth $22 to order. We all decided not to eat here anymore.
Definitely glad Qdoba is near by missed that Queso lol. Lucy was a sweetheart I'm about the food first however a great vibe comes from the employees not just the space or food and Lucy was on it. an She put together a bowl that was fresh hot and oh so good. The burrito didnt hesitate to stay on par lets just say I felt pleasantly plump after my visit.Only 2 things I didnt recommend I havent had.
Parking: Its around back of the store front and they allow guests to use the back entrance from the lot so you dont have to walk all the way around.
