We went here on March 24th 2025. They said open. We where at the window trying to order.the workers just ignored us. And would not even look at us. We knocked on the window . I opened the window and asked if we could get some food. Pathetic. They still just ignored us. 10 15 minutes. So we left and went els where. I will never go back .

Terrible customer service dealing with any issue manager is very rude literally will slam shut the drive thru window food makes you sick and you wait 20-30 minutes to get your order even with a 4 year old in the vehicle the manager will cuss at you

This place is so horrible. It has gone down so bad in the recent years. First of all the tall guy working the window on 11/27/24 @ 12:40 pm is awful, has no customer service skills or manners for that matter. Should not be working in food service because he's disrespectful. If this rallys would stop hiring people like this who don't give a damn this place could actually be good again.
The chicken strips was hard french fries was cold the only thing was good was tg3 apple pie and ice tea

Recently, this location had lost a manager. What amazed me most is that the employees stepped in to keep this place running smoothly. The staff have still been pleasant to work with as well. That said, I always have a good meal when I stop at this rallys. It may take a bit, but that's okay. Foods fresh, fries are better. Can't complain. Well done to those who stuck it out, yall are the real ones.
