Sorry to be a Karen but I got a matcha latte and it was so gritty from them adding an insane amount of matcha. I asked them to remake it very nicely and said maybe they just added a little too much powder and the girl stairs at me snatches my drink and says nothing. She remade it and slammed it down on the counter and walked away.

Waited about an hour and a half for an order before they just canceled it altogether. Unbelievable.
Edit: It happened again tonight. Waited over 2 hours for an order that they ended up just cancelling. It feels like they have some personal vendetta against me at this point.

They never hit “complete order” so it’s always a guess as to whether or not your order is ready if you got it from the app.

This location in particular has always been incredibly slow to grab pastries. Today, one of the workers was talking and taking her sweet time emits having at least two orders for pastries during that time. Waited nearly 20 minutes at a slow time of the day for the pastry alone. This location has done well with getting drinks out in a timely matter during even big rushes, but I have just been continuously disappointed in the serving of pastries.

If you’re on the warming station, why would you wait until you have 10 sandwiches warmed up before you bring them to the counter while people wait. Warm 3 up, drop those off, go back and warm up 3 more. The people whose food went in first now have a cold sandwich because theirs was sitting on the counter by the warmers instead of the counter that people pick up from. Love ya’ll and I know it gets busy in there but my sandwich being cold was a tad annoying

Everything always tastes great and the whole place smells amazing. My cup was messy when I got it but I just wiped it off no biggie. Super convenient having them on campus but they are usually very busy. Remember to be patient with staff it's not easy running a place that busy. All around a good experience.

Went to Starbucks in the BGSU Student Union on Saturday! It was very nice. It's located in the BGSU Student Union in Bowling Green, Ohio!

Idk how this place had such a high rating. Regardless of when I order or how busy they are they take ages to get drinks out. Absolutely no organization going on back there. They just make drinks as they come with no cares given to when the order was put in. Go off campus for your drinks. The Starbucks at Kroger is 1000x better.
always clean and the baristas try their best, even if they can seem tired at times. Understandably so! i don’t blame them for not having an uber chipper attitude and don’t expect them to :) Only thing that sucks is you can’t use stars/rewards at this starbucks and it’s almost always busy. Anywho, Respect your service workers!! <3

If I could give a negative star I would. Did a mobile order and got a notification after ordering that they were out of an ingredient for the sandwich. Arrived and could see my order but the sandwich bag was empty. Instead of being offered a refund or replacing the sandwich, waited for over 10 minutes without being helped despite the fact that there were several employees standing around on their phones on top of the ones I could see actually making drinks. Could understand if they were busy but it was not. Another customer that arrived after and was standing directly next to me was greeted and helped. The tall blonde employee asked her if she had the order under my name, looked directly at me when I said it was mine, and crumpled up and threw away the bag; completely ignoring me. Waited a while longer, still without being helped and eventually just took my drink and left. Never got my money back.
Barista was very rude.I approached from the left side of the counter instead of the right side, no one was there when I did so. As I got to the counter 2 people stepped over to it from the right side. After placing my order the barista told me in the future I needed to approach from the right. I said I did think it mattered since there had been no line when I walked up. She told me I cut in front of the other two. No I did not. When I started towards the counter, they were looking at cups off in the little nook. No one was at the counter for me to 'cut' in front of. As I walked away I heard her apologize to the other two for the 'karen'.When I saw the other two reach the counter the same time I did, I stood back and waited, I was called forward to place my order. It was only after the one of them said "now we have to wait because she cut" did the barista have an issue with me approaching from the left. She even looked at me and smiled as I walked over.This was around 615pm. This isn't the first bad experience I've has here, but it's definitely the tipping point. I'll go off campus if this is the attitude you allow your baristas to have. I can forgive incorrect drinks during rush when it's loud, but disrespect is uncalled for. If this review makes me a "Karen" oh well. But I expect better BGSU student professionals. Y'all are just as stressed as the rest of us students, there is no need to be disrespectful for any reason.

This is so ridiculous. Line is 50+ people long. EVERY TIME I go. They also don't accept stars so don't even try. Tried to redeem my free birthday drink and they said "nope". Okay, we are already broke college students and you just want us to empty our pockets. Cool.
