This is absolutely the worst Starbucks. I work nearby and come here often and my drink order is almost never right. I get the same thing every single time and it is NEVER made the same. This is a hazelnut shaken espresso and it literally tastes like sweetened milk. Not to mention I door dashed this one so I spent $20 on “coffee” that tastes like nothing. When I do go inside for my orders, the one women that works here is always grumpy and gossips with nearby Kroger employees about how annoying the customers are. I’ve been in this area for about 2 months now and came here well over a dozen times and not once have I had a pleasant experience. If you’re in this area, my best advice is to skip this place and go out of the way to Biggby or a local coffee shop. Or even the Starbucks on the other side of town. It’s worth the hassle. MUCH better service and the drinks are actually made correctly.

whoever is the blonde barista who was working nov. 18 around 1 p.m was probably the rudest person i’ve ever dealt with customer service wise. just because a customer doesn’t know the name for medium does not mean you can look to your coworker, scoff & then proceed to laugh in my face all while being rude & and then proceeding to run down your other coworkers all while i stand there waiting for my coffee. please retrain your baristas on customer service.

Esmerelda showed no sign of urgency. She attempted to take a woman’s order in front of me for 5 minutes, did not make the drink of the woman who was already waiting when I got there, and then called the woman in front of me back to get her to use a different form of payment after I had already placed my order. I ended up leaving and grabbing an energy drink. Wasted 10 mins of my time ?

Hours posted said open until 8pm. Got there around 7:20ish, the employee was cleaning up. I asked if they were open and she rudely replied “I’ve been here since 5am and I’m done.” I understand it’s hard being under staffed, but she was very rude about it.
