Very disappoint! Twice in one week I've ordered extra stuff in my drink and didn't received but, was charged 2.50 extra. When asked the ladies if that was extra because clearly didn't look like it. They wanted to be very unprofessional and smirk and act like it wasn't a big deal. First time it happen lady said yes have a good day very rudely.

Very bad customer service. The manager has a bad attitude, sending out poorly made drinks when asked to make 1 simple change to coffee, immediately getting nasty over it. Would not recommend. Go to the one in Krogers or the student union building instead

The service was slow as we watched the staff stop and chat, sing and dance-there was no urgency despite people standing around waiting. The Americano was weak and clearly we were not waiting for espresso to be made to complete the order-it was previously made. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom-but a staff member did respond quickly to the request for TP.

I come to this location a lot and sit down to do work a lot since I am a student. Today's service was fantastic. Everyone working behind the counter were so kind and they were doing everything efficiently and with great quality. The team working on 4/3 was fantastic and the girl I believe is the shift lead was possibly the nicest service worker I have ever met. Definitely 5/5 stars and I just want to come back even more!

Great drinks as usual but it was hard to navigate my rental and the lady tried to hand me just one drink and I had to remind her to give me my other drink and she gave me broken straws.
The person taking our order in the drive thru could not hold a basic conversation about a fairly simple order. Continued to repeat our order wrongly x4. In the end we got our order correct but it took much longer than required. Very strange behaviour.

Was not treated nicely the moment I walked in. Also had a drive-thru order and was constantly corrected when all I ordered was a latte. Nothing fancy or added or subtracted. Would not recommend people to go there.
