I stopped today it seems like the employees are happy and enjoying their job and very welcoming. I wasn't sure what I wanted with all the holiday drinks the barista who helped me was patient and kind guiding me to a delicious beverage. I can tell the difference in the new management and employees because this was the best experience I've ever had in this location.

I came here a few days ago and I placed a mobile order for pickup. It took forever to get my drink and when I did get it, it was incorrect. The person who made it I did not recognize even though I come to this Starbucks frequently and I like all of the other employees here. Not sure what’s happened here but I am disappointed!

This store is the one I go to on a regular basis. The wait times have been horrible. The line to get my drink was all the way to the door. I haven’t seen any of my regular baristas. I look forward to going to see the people I know expertly make my coffee. Do better, Starbucks.

I want the old Starbucks employees back. I will not go to this Starbucks until then. The new employees can’t even make a mocha frappe right and they take forever. Im a daily customer. This location is losing my business.

How about the owners here stop being so greedy and agree to the labor contract so that we can have our Starbucks and be happy citizens. Starbucks, Bowling Green town doesn’t have to allow you to have a coffee shop here. It’s a privilege. You are lucky. We can all just go to grounds for thought instead. Starbucks is lucky to have the opportunity to make any money in Bowling Green in general. It would be best if you settled for less profits agreed to the labor contract. Starbucks can continue to make money and let employees make a livable wage.

I do Doordash, having to wait over 30 minutes is REDICULES. Starbucks need to come up with a better pick up. There were 15+ customers waiting for their order. Starbucks BG Wooster needs to do better.

my friend and i once waited 20 minutes for a mobile order when the store was empty bc they put it in the wrong spot an didn’t realize. another time the drive thru took like 30 minutes. and just now i waited 15 minutes for a mobile order bc the girl was going so slow and whenever she called out the names she seemed angry that she had to do it😭

This is my preferred location and my usual drive through employee is Adrianna! She is absolutely amazing and everyone here is super helpful and friendly!

Stopped in at 8:31 pm to get a coffee. They were cleaning machine so could not get a coffee. They said they have to clean the machine 20 minutes before closing. Asked what time they close. Said 9 pm. I said that is 29 minutes from now so would like a coffee. Said they couldn’t. Asked if they could do a pour over. Said they didn’t “have the stuff” for that. Asked for a manager or managers card. New manager and didn’t not have any cards. This is not the 1st time or even 2nd time we have encountered this at this Starbucks. Sucks when you leave a BGSU sporting event, have a drive home, would like a coffee and you cannot get one. Very disappointing and very poor customer service.
