I stopped today it seems like the employees are happy and enjoying their job and very welcoming. I wasn't sure what I wanted with all the holiday drinks the barista who helped me was patient and kind guiding me to a delicious beverage. I can tell the difference in the new management and employees because this was the best experience I've ever had in this location.
I come to this location a lot and sit down to do work a lot since I am a student. Today's service was fantastic. Everyone working behind the counter were so kind and they were doing everything efficiently and with great quality. The team working on 4/3 was fantastic and the girl I believe is the shift lead was possibly the nicest service worker I have ever met. Definitely 5/5 stars and I just want to come back even more!
Great drinks as usual but it was hard to navigate my rental and the lady tried to hand me just one drink and I had to remind her to give me my other drink and she gave me broken straws.
