We were at this location today, when the heat index was over 100 degrees. The poor girl working was the ONLY one working, without air conditioning in the restaurant! My husband questioned the safety of the food because the restaurant was so hot! The store really should not have been open today with the extreme heat and the air conditioning not working. Nothing really exciting or different from any other Subway I've been to before. I think most of the workers are BGSU students. Our sandwich artist was kind, but not necessarily out of his way, friendly.

The Three Individuals behind the counter either refused to acknowledge or outright did not hear multiple parts of my subs order, not enough sauce, meatballs were EXTREMELY dry, only thing right was the amount of cheese, I come here often and order the same thing yet I have never had an experience such as this one today.
