The staff and management are so kind. My girls and I came in today for their veterans buffet. I had forgotten all about the event until Facebook reminded me but it was too late to make a reservation because we were already by the restaurant. They were very kind and accommodated us. The food was really good and my toddlers even wanted more. We will definitely be visiting here again. They also do so many wonderful fundraisers and event for the community. I'm happy to spend my money here and give back support to them.

Dinner was so great. Olivia took great care of us and I could have eaten a whole quart of the marinara by itself.

Amazing food, my sister and I had the salmon with a Asian sauce with I couldn't get enough of the sauce. I grabbed a spoon to scrap it out of my container. The salmon was tender and delicious. The creamy garlic mushroom rice was great, but I was surprised by the texture and consistency of it. It has a consistency of pudding, but was very good and filling. We will definitely return. Thank you

This is my favorite restaurant in BG. I get sick and tired of the same menu at the same places. Sunset does have their menu, which is delicious, but I go for the specials. They change daily, weekly, ect. If you follow them on Facebook you will see what the specials are for that day and they include photos which immediately make you hungry. The staff there is so friendly and you can tell the owner adores all of her employees.

Really nice restaurant. Creative menu, good drinks and a nice list of specials. The perch is great - both in lightly sauteed and the battered fried version. The salmon special is wonderful as well.
Service is excellent, friendly and quick.

My husband and I eat at Sunset Bistro once a week. It is our favorite restaurant, not just in BG, but everywhere. Renee is a fantastic waitress, the food is always delicious, the entire staff is very friendly, and we are fortunate to have such a gem in our town!

We do enjoy checking out different little restaurants as we travel, and this one far exceeded our expectations. Not from the area at all but had stopped to visit Simpson Gardens and Sunset Bistro, a local family owned restaurant, was close by, had great reviews and the menu had a wonderful variety.Husband ordered the glazed maple pork chop with salad & the French fries and I got the seared perch with the creamy garlic & mushroom rice and the cauliflower & peas hash browns. I do love trying new foods, and those 2 sides sounded intriguing and completely different than anything I’ve tried before. And none of our foods disappointed, my 2 sides were so different, flavorful & delicious that I was really glad I tried them, and the perch with the homemade tartar sauce with a touch of dill was perfect! My husband said all of his was delicious as well (and I couldn’t resist a few of his yummy fries) and he agreed it was a great place & was happy we had picked this restaurant!Prudy was very sweet & so personable! She was the friendliest, most knowledgeable, helpful and prompt waitress we’ve ever encountered. Informed us how all the sauces are homemade & every dish is made fresh when ordered, from scratch. The pork chop was purchased this morning from the local butcher and you can’t get much fresher than that!If we weren’t completely full, we would’ve tried the dessert she told us about, that was a new recipe one of their new employees (a recent grad from Owen’s Culinary School) had whipped up. I’m sure it would have been amazingly delicious also! Plus they’ve had the same main chef since they opened which is amazing, especially these days!If ever in Bowling Green again we will definitely return, thank you very much for an enjoyable & delicious dinner!
