my friend and I made changes to our food and the worker even repeated what we said and then continued to mess it up and had a bad attitude.

I always get a breakfast burrito and I get the grande breakfast burrito. I enjoy the crunch of the toasted flour tortilla and the perfect amount of potatoes, eggs, and meat. I like the touch of tomatoes and cheese to round of a perfect breakfast burrito. I like they omitted any sauce in this burrito. There is nothing worse than trying to eat food that is dripping with sauce while driving to work. The burrito doesn't make you feel weighed down nor give you an upset stomach. My go to breakfast when I am rushing out the door to work. The taco bell I am referring to is the one by Walmart in Bowling Green, Ohio. I can't speak for the other taco bells.

Surprisingly nice experience. Got breakfast here and the crunch wrap was actually full, not over stuffed but just a good size. Normally other Taco Bells will have them seem like it's a tiny amount of egg and mostly just potato.
Employees were nice and considerate.

The Main Street Taco Bell in bg is the last place I’ll go again. The new “chicken soft tacos” basically had next to no chicken …maybe one not even pinky size piece and they were burnt like they’d been in the fryer oil for hours. Horrible. Won’t be going back here!

Manager don’t know how to control her situation that she’s got going on when there’s a lot of people in the restaurant they don’t even be heating up the tacos. They just be passing them out to people after they make them Cantina tacos. They don’t make them right either.

If I could mark zero stars i would
I am a doordash driver my order was marked ready at 7:16pm it's now 7:30pm and I still have not got the order
First time customer, lunchtime drive thru order. Order taker so pleasant, nice, and patient. Best chili cheese burrito ever! (Some locations do not offer them, even though easy to make). Plenty of sauce, napkins. Will be back when in area.

Took me about 50 minutes to get my order. They did compensate me with 3 coupons for free tacos, and I don't necessarily blame the workers. They were clearly short-staffed and stressed out, and I know Taco Bell doesn't pay them nearly enough to work as hard as they had to today. The root cause of my bad experience today can't be blamed on the workers themselves; they were scheduled today, showed up, and did their jobs. The root cause can absolutely be explained by greedy executives who have made it a business model to underpay workers, short-staff them (especially if they raise pay), and make the customers suffer for it so they complain about workers who are realistically doing their best. Do better, Taco Bell execs. This is ridiculous. If a customer's order takes 50 minutes, the company needs to either bring in workers from other locations (compensate them adequately) to help, or they need to send one of the suits into that kitchen to experience the hell these workers did today. Let the suit deal with the unhappy customers face to face instead of some overworked, underpaid worker.

Restaurantji Recommends
Ordered 37$ worth of door dash for it to be cold
At least i can get a 3$ discount now
What more should i expect from a taco bell worker
Back area was a little messy food wasn't the best. This is understandable I came in as soon as the doors were open and it gets messy sometimes opening and the food wasn't awful it wasn't as good as I'm used to but wasn't good. What blew me away was the customer service there wasn't anything over the top they did however they spoke with sincerity clarity assisted as much as possible and had a good attitude. Say whatever you will nothing makes a restaurant as much as those who run it and I can tell the staff here at least who I interacted with were fantastic.

Why don't you teach your employees how to make food. Got 2 tacos with very little meat on them. Lucky I can't post a pic

This location is just not ideal, my orders always come out wrong. I work overnight and that place is closest to me on my lunch break so normally when I don’t pack I order from here. They always forget my sauce, never make my food right, the inside when I do go in is always sticky as if night shift doesn’t wipe their tables. And the a girl with the black box dye who works there is often rude and condescending when I have complaints about my food. Typically I don’t leave reviews because I do understand food service is hard and also I understand working thirds and nights in general is hard but you all seriously need to be retrained in customer service along with hygiene. I should not be able to smell someone’s septum but I could smell hers.

Dissatisfied with my order. Only gotten two tacos with my Disha Hot box, and it’s advertised for three. There was workers laughing and being obnoxious when I ordered at the drive thru. They still was combust with laughter when I received my half-ass Disha Hot. Completely disappointed. The workers wasn’t in a state of mind frame. That’s what happens when your mind is somewhere else and not focus on the job at hand, customers’ orders get into shambles. It’s ridiculous.
