I went here for the first time last week after working 9 hours. I ordered a farmers wrap with bacon, so the wrap is supposed to have bacon, sauce, hash brown, egg. I get my wrap and I bite into it and it’s sausage. I go inside to tell them and I stand there for 5-10 minutes before anyone comes over to me. I told them what happened and they said they would fix it. I don’t even know how long it took for me to get the new one. Then the worker comes up to me and asks me bacon or sausage. I said bacon. After getting the wrap and biting into it, I realized it’s not even a farmers wrap. It’s missing the hasbrown and the sauce. How do you mess up twice in a row? I called and the manager was rude and dismissive. Don’t go here.

Ordered a XL dark roast, 1 cream 1 sugar. I received a coffee that tasted at least 1.5 -2 hrs old, barely warm made with 30% cream. At least they didn't try to fool me by microwaving again. So sad. I'm done complaining, won't be back.

Latte tasted burnt, never had that bad of a latte from Tim Hortons. Hope this store can figure out whatever is going on. Seems like an atmosphere of workers who don’t care much

This is the worst time Hortons. Just don't go. We waited over 30 mins and received the wrong order. As well as told they were out of items way after the fact.

Well, it is no surprise that this place has a 3.5 rating. Every time I come there and order the same sandwich, the price changes. One day it's a little over $7 today they tried charging well over $9. And the lowest I paid was just $5..This place has a serious case of day by day inflation. I won't be coming back.

The only good thing about this place was the sweet redhead who worked the window. She is gone due to poor management and scheduling issues. Sarah had these kids working vigorous hours with little pay. Close the place down at this point…

Place seems consistently understaffed, and the staff that is there seems disorganized. Waits just to be greeted or place an order seem way too long for fast food, sometimes taking five to ten minutes. That said, food is usually good and prices are decent.

However my biggest complaint? The coffee...

Apon first sip i ended up with a fizzy taste. Thinking oh my god this is nasty, however thinking if maybe I stirred it, it could end up better. I was horribly wrong. Called doordash already to start up the process of a refund and luckily got that, however I will NEVER touch another coffee from this location again. Highly disappointed.
