Place seems consistently understaffed, and the staff that is there seems disorganized. Waits just to be greeted or place an order seem way too long for fast food, sometimes taking five to ten minutes. That said, food is usually good and prices are decent.

Apon first sip i ended up with a fizzy taste. Thinking oh my god this is nasty, however thinking if maybe I stirred it, it could end up better. I was horribly wrong. Called doordash already to start up the process of a refund and luckily got that, however I will NEVER touch another coffee from this location again. Highly disappointed.

This place is a joke. Be prepared to wait 20+ minutes for anything, Expecially if you are a doordash driver, I try not to take orders from here because they will literally have you sitting there waiting for a hour. They are always out of everything too.

Absolutely horrible!!! My coffee wasn't bad but I got charged over $1 for a tiny cup of whipped topping for my dog. At the speaker I asked if they did pup cups....the lady said yes but failed to mention I would be paying $1.09 for a shot of whipped topping. When I asked if that was all I got for that price the manager snapped and said yes. I reached out to customer service and hopefully they will fix the issue. I don't mind paying for a pup cup, which up until yesterday I hadn't paid for one, but maybe let people know they will be charged and also don't be such a nasty person when someone asks if they get such a little amount for an absurd price. ALSO DON'T BOTHER WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE BC ASIDE FROM THE GENERIC RESPONSE GIVEN HERE.... YOU WILL HEAR ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! Happily taking my money elsewhere.

I could not believe my eyes this morning when I unpackaged what was meant to be a chicken panini. Unfortunately the hump of gruel slapped with cold cheese and pancaked between to lifeless buns wasn’t cutting it. I usually frequent timmys seeing as it’s the best breakfast spot on earth! Stay away from the lunch.

Came here on a road trip, took us long enough to order even tho 3 workers were there. After 10 minutes we finally had ordered everything and to our surprise (or not) we unpacked our food which was absolutely DISGUSTING!!! Have of the stuff was burned the “egg” was an inch wide which is a joke. Just sitting there made wanna leave because of the unclean and smelling room. Definitely not recommending this place or coming back here ever again!!!!!!

They did not give me the full 10 timbits and my reeces ice cap tasted like chemicals. Never received a receipt so refund isn't possible
