This location made us the best Baconators we've had even at 9PM (Jan. 2, 26). We had been traveling all day and freshly made food was super appreciated! That crew did well that evening!

Terrible service, even worse food. Apparently we can’t count to 10 (ordered TWO 10 piece meals, neither one was actually a 10 count) or serve actual nuggets instead of clumps of breading (tho I included in nugget count for totals of 8 & 7). Not to mention it shouldn’t be cold by the time I get home 5 minutes from the drive thru, so it’s just old food. Will never go to this location and I will make sure all my friends, coworkers, and anyone who mentions going to Wendy’s pick a different location with hopefully competent staff that’s not too focused on leaving and getting drunk at a party. Sadly my partner threw away the breading clumps before I could post, probably for the best.

We ordered 3 bacon breakfast burritos in the drive thru at 7am because the dinning room does not open until 9am. We were asked to pull up even know we were the only ones there. All three burritos DID NOT HAVE THE SAUCE ON THEM. The sauce makes the burrito. I know assembling the same ingredients over and over again is hard, but do better Bowling Green Wendy's.

This location is really shady. I bought a large ice coffee and a chicken biscuit. They ran my card at the window and then asked for it back claiming it didn't go through the first time. When I checked my bank account there were 2 different charges so they charged me for 2 different orders. I called to tell them this and they said the reversal would happen within 24 hours. It's been 48 hours and I still have no refund.
Another day my bf and his friends went through the drive thru and ordered different combo meals, what they gave them were biggie bags. Makes you wonder what they're doing with the extra money they keep charging.
This branch continues to be the only one in the entire Toledo area that does not allow substitutions for the sides of the biggie bag.
Sandwich tasted alright. Fries were soggy and underportioned. Nuggets tasted like someone who smoked pot breathed on them.
