This branch continues to be the only one in the entire Toledo area that does not allow substitutions for the sides of the biggie bag.

Sandwich tasted alright. Fries were soggy and underportioned. Nuggets tasted like someone who smoked pot breathed on them.

On our way back from church camp our bus driver hit the drive through, we were stranded for 5hours and they put up with a bunch of winey teenagers who wanted to go home!

Are 12:20 today the lady working the counter was extremely rude... and even after us having to wait over 20 minutes just to even be helped. Never will I ever visit another wendys location because they're all the same. Yall need to get your stuff together.

Typical as far as fast food goes. We had to wait a while but I'm pretty sure the guy working the window needed help. They were nice and courteous so we just waited it out. Had to ask for our forgotten items but there was no fuss.

I usually use the app to make a mobile order and then pick it up. The food is usually hot & fresh & seems made to order! The cashiers & and drive-thru staff can use a little polish & training but overall no major complaints. The manager is a solid guy!

We ordered up at the front cause we don't like the big screen that much and we were waiting there for like 20 minutes. After we ordered we waited for like 45 minutes. While the wait I had to got to the bathroom and the bathroom smelled like pee. Finally we got the food and I got the wrong food they gave me chicken fries when I ordered a Baconator. Who messes that up that is a big difference. We waited to get my sandwich for only 10 're ones they just gave me the patties of the burger. Also, the tables were not clean there was napkins and crumbs on almost every table. I do not recommend.

If they made the food right every time I’d give them 5 stars because I love their bacon egg and cheese with the cheese sauce, but literally 1/3 of the time (that may be generous towards them) they don’t put on or are out of cheese sauce, and NEVER tell me beforehand or at all, I always have to find out after I’ve bought them and get home.

Ordered breakfast, had to wait for the eggs which is fine except they didn't give us that good breakfast cheese sauce which is why we get breakfast here 😂. My husband's sandwich had american instead of Swiss and my breakfast baconator should've been called an American Cheese-inator bc holy crap there was a lot of it 😂 (they weren't even that busy customer wise lol)

I placed a DoorDash order through this store on 4/13/24. The food arrived with several items missing. I contacted my DoorDash driver Michael and asked if he may have forgotten any bags for my order. He informed me that the store allegedly gave him the entire order. I called this store and spoke to the manager about the issue. He was very rude and claimed that the order was correct and that we should “contact DoorDash about it”. He also claimed it was “always DoorDash’s fault” whenever items were missing in an order. He did not take responsibility at all for messing up my order. I have since received a refund from DoorDash. I had to place a second order through DoorDash just to receive my missing items. I am very disappointed with the lack of accountability at this store. Very poor customer service.

Overall terrible experience on 4/12- about 9:15PM

Overall had a big order but all we wanted was no mayo or tomato on our sandwiches

As soon as I saw our receipt when our order was brought out- it said no lettuce no tomato.
Mind you they all had tomato and mayo.

I immediately go in to address it- we did not have the time to wait another ten minutes. and I was going to ask for a refund and just be on my way.

Before I could even say anything beyond my order was wrong, the manager said “don’t worry I’ll remake it” and remade them on the premise of no mayo.
Again I didn’t want them remade at all.
Once I can finally get someone’s attention I let them know I would just rather get a refund- I was met with “well she’s already almost done everything” quite briskly and rude
I said that well she didn’t record the other specifics and made them wrong based off of that.
The manager then came out of nowhere and said “well I’m already almost done making them”
I repeated myself on the fact there were other specifics and the manager said that she made them off the order. I said that was recorded wrong hence why they were wrong.
To which she said okay.
You can then hear them talking poorly on how I wasted their time while she processed my refund.
I let the manager on duty know if you’re going to talk smack about a customer wasting their time perhaps wait until they’re off the premises.

We then went across town to the other Wendy’s- which served us promptly and correctly. The GM there asked why we didn’t need drinks and my husband said we just came from the other place and explained what happened and she said she would bring it up to Management beyond her as they’re both part of the same franchise

All and all- I myself have been a GM, TL, and even a normal member of a DT establishment. The team member who was on drive thru and “dealt” with me at the counter has magenta/pink curly hair, the manager was non communicative for a true resolution for customer satisfaction. She assumed and then wasted double the product and apparently their own time by what I over heard from them. NO ONE who thinks you can speak like that about a customer in the store should be in management. The manager frankly seemed young and in over her head and her inability to cope with it, led to her making the choice to rush a resolution and to then talk bad about the customer due to her lack of judgment. It then wasted product for the overall franchise.

I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon, but it’s clear the other Wendy’s in town and in the franchise, is diligent and cares about customer satisfaction. Perhaps there could be some cross training.
Shout out to that GM.
