Came through about 9:30 on 4/12
Had just had the worst experience at the other location
Our food came out HOT and FAST!
The GM even confirmed that we didn’t need any drinks- to which we said yes and explained why to which she said she would personally tell the upper management as well.
We are 20 minutes into our 40 minute drive home and the food is still hot.
Thank you for a warm meal with NO mayo for our family!
I wish I caught the GMs name but the attention she gave is what you expect when reporting an issue. It’s not even her store and she worked to make sure we felt at the very least heard and taken care of. Thank you to her specifically

This location consistently knows how to ruin a meal. The food was worth the bad service, but after today I'm done with this store. Common sense isn't an acceptable currency here. They don't know the difference between hamburger and cheeseburger and they regularly leave out half my orders. The number of times I've had to call this store for a fix is unsettling.

Sit at drive thru for 10 minutes: no response on speaker

Sit at drive thru window for 10 minutes: see people inside chatting, nobody comes over

Park and try to go inside: lobby door locked

I cancel my mobile order and start driving to the other

I call this store
Person who answered was fully aware their drive thru was having an issue and the lobby was locked

How am I supposed to order here?

Horrible service.

I won't even try to come back here again

Hey WENDYS!!!! YOU THINK YOU CAN FIX DOOR! South side...I SAID SOMETHING TWO MONTHS AGO. WAS A LOT WARMER THEN. Little Ridiculous ,not having it fixed by now. Getting pretty cold in restaurant in November... With door open .You can't put a sign on door to close. ? Everyone in my group
complaining it's cold....a lot of people born in a barn,that need help closing door. Must have big budget for heating outside. Not coming back.
