Ordered online and the food was ready when i got there in about 20 minutes! The food was so good like always 😇 ! The cashier was super nice and helpful! He told me to do this survey and I got free brownie so that made my entire night ! Definitely worth every cent :)!

Wow, am I blown away. I have been a longtime Buffalo Wild Wings fan (Bdubs or BW3’s) and I haven’t strayed far from there but this Wing Stop may be my new favorite place to get wings! From their stellar customer service, Maryn helped me out, to their amazing wing sauces. I got the Traditional wing Korean BBQ and Smokey chipotle and wish I could have 100 more! Definitely recommend for any wing lover.

First time having wingstop and I was blown away! Service was quick and attentive. Original hot traditional wings with their ranch is an unmatched combo I urge anyone to try. And if you looking for a side I’d recommend the VooDoo fries, cheese ranch and loaded with Cajun. Can’t wait to try out some more of their sauces in the future!

This place is so slow. They need to train their employees to do more than one order at a time. I been waiting 35 min for a order and still waiting as I write this review. The other stores I been to are quick fast and in a hurry to get your order out. They need more training here.

Might as well not order online it’s never the time that your phone says. Then when you do ask how long it will be they never know when the food will be ready to go. Long story short the service is horrible an I’m guessing it’s the management and supervisor fault by just watching them in their store. I’ll just go to Fricker’s next time at least I won’t have to wait an hour for 20 wings.

My roommate had ordered wings and fries with ranch from this place. She got home to realize that there was hair all over the food and the ranch. No actual apology was said just asked if we wanted the food remade like yes obviously but an apology would be nice instead of attitude when asked how this even happened to say that they only had males back there when it’s all short black hair so that would make sense.

Customer service is terrible. Ordered online at 12:15 for a 1:30pm order pick up.

They didn’t bring our food out til 2pm.

The person working the register was argumentative and unwilling to look into how long our order would take. Told the person filling the bag that we were getting pissed off to which the other work said not my problem. They filled at least 6 orders that ordered after us. Both workers we talked too kept saying it wasn’t their problem and they were unwilling to be helpful.

I would give you higher but our order came without the fries we ordered but the wings were delicious! Realize your brans so I will excuse. Will not stop me from coming back. Will go for 5 stars next time.

Food is always delicious, but they’re still working out the kinks during rush times. 2/3 of our orders have been incorrect and regularly forgetting sauces and dips.

Plan extra time for pickup or delivery during peak hours. Tonight it was about 50 minutes despite the website saying 18-20 minutes.

Hopefully they manage and work to get better.
